Nice tutorial. Just as a little tip, I know this is just for demonstration purposes, but in such simulations, where we observe the flow around an object, especially being a wing (high speeds), the enclosure volume (domain) should be significantly bigger than the object itself, in order to leave room for the calculation in the upstream (and downstream) of the object to be done properly and converge.
