I mean i feel our existences is hugely based on and formed by Love. I wouldn't describe "true love" as an "attachment" that sounds cold and mechanical. I would describe it more as a mutual, soul diving recognition between two people. Sometimes it takes time to discover and recognize those in depth things, but if we are lucky to know something is there, and it's for us...it turns into a date that never ends. ❤❤❤ When I first hugged my husband, I KNEW from that very moment, my life had changed.🎆🎇✨
In 1980 I called my mom and said I was bringing my new girlfriend from college home for Christmas. I told her that my love is from Thailand and doesn't didn't speak much English. She said "that's nice, dear". The last thing my mom told me on her deathbed, 40 years later, was to never divorce this wonderful woman. There's no chance of that happening.
Attachment or dependency I must say, once you established your goals and aligned everything with another person's mind,heart and soul. You both depend on each other but love is a feeling, love cannot put food in the table, I experienced this although I love him but when the stomach is starving. There are more important than being in love. Past forward to now, I can sacrifice love in exchange of partnership and security. True love really exist with my ex but he was the one that got away he is now married and have kids even though we wanted each other again but it's not anymore possible. I know to myself he loves me more than his wife, I can get him once again if I wanted to but It's my choice not to. Better to move on and love yourself and my daughter that's true love for me.
