"No Diggity" is such a timeless jam! This track brings back so many great memories of the '90s. Blackstreet really knew how to blend smooth R&B with that catchy beat. It's impossible not to nod your head and groove to this song. Every time I hear it, I’m transported back to those days of MCM music videos. Classic vibes!

Actually these guys were responsible for bringing auto-tune back. It's in half of this album. You can clearly hear it in the chorus and when they say no diggity. The difference is they had actual singing ability and used it for flavor and not to hide the fact they cant sing or flow.
Yes autotune is right I do know. It just wasn't called that then. It was an effect patch which copied the sound of an actual physical talk box used by Roger Troutman aka Roger and Zapp. Zapp being Roger's voice through the talk box. It still did the same thing. It took the incoming sound and allowed the user to change the key it is in.

Studies on what songs Psychopaths like, brought me here to this video. Never heard this song before. Why would psychopaths like songs such as "No Diggity" and "Lose Yourself"? Personally, I don't fancy this style of music nor video.
I have danced and partied to these tunes. The 90s and early 00s was the best decade to be a teen. Sucks if you are a teen now, you have missed out on the peak times of R&B and Hip Hop. I feel sorry for y'all millenials
+sean boyce When was the last time you heard hip hop songs without "I got money in the bank" on the radio like all day long. When was the last time you heard feel-good songs without the excess ringtones, gadgets and women. Don't worry I will wait!!! On another note good music still comes out true, but unlike back in those days, I don't have to go looking for it, the radio brought it to me. Thats hardly the case these days.
...I agree with you bro, No doubt good music is still out there. Its just that the Top 40s and 100s is what the clubs played back then and that still is the case, but what is considered Top has dramatically changed, if it doesn't have money, hoes, clothes and ringtones it hardly is a Top these days, at least that seems to be the standard. I like Kendrick's music too, I have been a fan since Section 80 but I had to go looking for section 80, it didn't come to me. Lets just hope he sticks to his roots and doesn't switch to satisfy the current demand. The fact that me and you can have this civil discussion about hip hop shows you where we belonged. 90s is where its at!!

Dr. Dre is arguably the greatest rapper/producer of all time. His new album in 2022 is pretty damn good. His style is crazy now. Never heard Dre like I have in his new album the Contract. The dude has created beats for thousands of hits and he is still dropping good music. Definitely the most intelligent rap artist. He sits back and watches where things go in the industry and then he strikes with real rap making all those mumble rappers bow down. The man has observed for years. Real OG!
As a guy and musician who mostly dislikes rap as a music style (except for a notable few artists em is one) I love this. It has a few things that modern rap doesn’t have that older rap did. One is dynamics. The song actually has some peaks and valleys thanks to the beat having the bass cut and have some space in the music. Next is a commitment from both em and j not being monotone with their flow. Murdergram is just a kick ass name for track too…
Really tho i remember even as a 10 yr old in 96 i noticed how amazing everything was from the cinematography to the women to the choreography..it really is a flawless video that goes perfectly with an already flawless track.. most definitely one of my all time favorite videos

They sampled from the song "Grandma's Hands" by Bill Withers, for this song. ❤
This song is like wine, the older it gets the better it is.
wow. U make feel more alive. Can't believe we were thinking and banging the same thing!

so true xD
Studies on what songs Psychopaths like, brought me here to this video. Never heard this song before. Why would psychopaths like songs such as "No Diggity" and "Lose Yourself"? Personally, I don't fancy this style of music nor video.
@@shns3623 its called taste go listen to some country white boi
+Dan Som Im a teen, just turned 16 and yet ive listend to Dre, Snoop, 2pac, Biggie, Eazy-E, Blackstreet, slim shady/old eminem, 50 cent etc. I also listen to Polish Hip-Hop/Rap since most of it is rly similar if you listen to the rhymes and beats :)
Good on you young buck! Know you are the exception, not the rule!

I LOVE the Sisters in here with Natural HAIR and not weaves all down their back! These Sisters are looking good!
Hey let's back that up!
Donald Wilson please post time of real hair cause all that's weave babe just so you know
No, it's not! I have news for you. Not all black women are bald headed. My daughter can't stand dealing with all her thick ass hair. But even if some of them are wearing weaves, I hate a jealous bitch that calls out other sistahs Ms. hating ass Mallory.
i agree with you. completely
Black women are gorgeous whether they're rocking weave or their natural hair, because Black is beautiful, period.
seriously! what's with the new trend of calling black women sellouts if they want to rock straight hair. thats fucked up, let them do what they want
This is one of those nostalgic songs that just sneaks up on you and you suddenly have to hear it

This will NEVER get old!
Only 52 years old,but close enough.😄
Too true, give me some No Diggiity, California love, and If it isn't love, and I think I hit the trifecta of hip hop gold.
30 years old and this music is my soul and my everything. I wish I could go back just to experience these songs again
It's already old school.

Real OG!
will have to give it a listen, you've sold me
straight up n thank you. :D
Technically he doesn't need to work again, he became a billionaire after selling his Beats by Dr. Dre headphone technology to Apple.
@@chindleymuffin thats a beautiful thing.
@@sk8brdkee has Dre ever been on a track that he didn't produce or help produce?? You don't know Dre.
Murdergram is just a kick ass name for track too…
Blackstreet blew my mind when this came out, such talent. This is my favorite era of hip-hop.
But not only is this track a masterpiece, but this video is INSANE! So well designed and shot. Everything on this whole project is a masterpiece.
Totally agree 👍🏻
Really tho i remember even as a 10 yr old in 96 i noticed how amazing everything was from the cinematography to the women to the choreography..it really is a flawless video that goes perfectly with an already flawless track.. most definitely one of my all time favorite videos

Made more iconic by sampling Bill Withers's equally iconic Grandma's Hands into the song.
