I agree. At this point, I think Blair was falling in love with Todd and out of love with Cord without even realizing it (she was just use to the idea of loving Cord). Todd on the other hand was already in love with Blair. He began falling in love (the spot Blair is at now) with Blair after her Xmas gift to him. Right now, Blair is just angry over her loss and is lashing out. It always amazes me how harsh people are on Blair.
Well Blair wouldn't leave Todd if she truly loves him. Because if she didn't then that will be completely different. Because Blair doesn't know what she wants because she is still grieving about the loss of her baby and that's why.
I really liked the character of Blair! People forget she was an orphan and how incredibly impactful that is on a child and the adult they become. She wasn't really a gold digger, she craved security. I thought it was amazing how she evolved and I really liked her strength. She eventually came to realize how much she really loved Todd and how much he loved her, and what she wanted out of life.
@libertyjustice4847 i really hated how NOOOOOO writer ever dug into her past. It's crazy how many stories could've came from her being an orphan. They couldve brought her some siblings, high school lover, long lost child from abuse and her father. KDP would've knocked all that out the park.
a really Really important part of this story is that blair was walking away not just from todd, but his money. by this point blair really wasn't motivated by money anymore. family was most important. and then money and then love. soon it became family/love and money and power a distant second. people don't give blair enough credit for how far she'd evolved and how much she changed. todd was a huge part of her change -- and the best part is he never asked her to change. and vice versa :)
That wasn't Vicky that brought Todd the casserole, it was one of her alters, but which one? Lol, Todd told Vicky, "You're a real headcase, you know that."🤣
Too bad that at this time in her life Blair doesn't know what really being in love feels like. She has ideas of what it feels like, and she's in love with her ideas of being in love. It's kind of ironic that Cord is the one to help her see things clearly. "You're a real head case, you know that?" I love how straightforward he is. He gets right to the point and doesn't beat around the bush one bit.
Oh I am so pissed off - she does't love him?? What is she, nuts? She's worse than I thought....I don't like that part of this story, that she is deceiving him, etc.
Making viki & todd siblings was brilliant best bro sis chem ever cant believe Blair went to try & be with cord. I know she is hurt at what awful things he said but she was all over cord at the country club. She just wont allow herself to believe she loves todd. I thought she would tell Dorian I dont know . She is very honest with Dorian. Todd treated her like gold. Never moody w/her ever.
After the fight Todd and Blair had at the Club and he said those hurtful words about she should have gotten rid of their baby I could see why she walked out on him. She's got a vacant look in her eyes, trying to deal with her dark pit of depression. I mean the fight, the mugging etc Blair's in a bad way there. She did what she needed to do and she was alone.
Yeah but Todd didn't mean it that way because others don't want Todd to see Blair because she is still grieving about the baby and that's why. Even though that's the worst part of this storyline that they needed to be separated for like no reason at all.
@bjujubee i agree to some extent. i think blair was already falling in love with todd by this point but was convinced she was still in love with cord. both were sort of true. i've been there -- loving 2 people at once. it's possible and it's confusing. but i do think a part of blair did love todd even at this stage.
She definitely loved Todd but didn't really know herself. She craved security and stability and didn't realize she had it with Todd. I like the character of cord but He was very self-righteous and preachy. I actually liked Todd better
poor Viki, she wasnt one of my fave characters (i prefer Dorian over her) but she is SOOOOOOOO messed up. she will always be messed up, even if the messed-up is *in remission*

I don't care what anybody say. the way she plays all the different people and the faces and the mannerisms maaaannnnn love it
She is one of the very best actresses on soaps bar none, she and Erica Sleazak.

I can't keep the 'alters' straight!!
Ic: She's Tory here..Tory tends to talk like that.
why is Vicki talking like mary poppins
@Abbyviki Thanks for the info!-I watched back then but can't remember all of it
poor Viki, she wasnt one of my fave characters (i prefer Dorian over her) but she is SOOOOOOOO messed up. she will always be messed up, even if the messed-up is *in remission*
@bjujubee - I hate that about this story.....ugh. Hate it. I am dying to know what the belt is.....give me a hint.
I agree, Blair doesn't love Todd, she only "cares about him."
@bjujubee - ok but I am not happy.....
