Is there some kind of extension option or longer version? My living room is just A LITTLE too wide. It is 100 cm too wide (3.8m).... anything I can do to still use your pole mounted horizontally between the two walls?
Hi Jason, unfortunately not - 3.7m is as long as we go for now. (There's not a longer version planned at the moment, either, unfortuntely.) Perhaps one thing you could try is attaching something to your wall which is 10cm (or more). Just a block of wood or something - but it needs to be nice and solid, and also large enough that the end of the VARI-POLE can attach. And then attaching the VARI-POLE to that? It's a DIY method, we know, but it could do the trick! We've improvised like that in the past before ;) Hope this helps, Team Gravity in Germany
I bought my second one just now, but when it arrived... the pole is in the extended position, and when I pull the handle in or out... it doesn't full retract back down. (The whole movement is limited compared with the 1st one I ordered and compared with how you show in your video.) I think I need to loosen the nut you mentioned... do you know what size spanner I need to buy?
Hi! Can i use your Vari poles with triple hooks and three vynil backdrops? knowing that each backdrop weighs approximately 14 kilos. What is the max allowable weight ? Thanks for your help
Hey Alexandre, difficult to say because it depends on how long you run the varipole. The longer, the less weight it holds. We have had setups where we did attach soft lights + cameras on it. But it should hold your vinyls 👍. Best
