One of the best Lana's album for sure. Loved the melancholy, sadness and vulnerability its track have. This time the sadness is put on another level as we can listen to her lyrics and realise that over the past few years she has evolved as a musician, changed as a person, disappointed in relationships, met lots of difficulties and had lots of worries and problems which were eating her inside. The album has a more personal touch because of that. Also, the way she played with switching tempos got me. Black B.Suit may sound messy at first, for instance, but all parts together create a unique and catchy banger The instrumentals in If you lie down with me are the reason why i got eargasm. Gosh, those old-school jazz music made me realize i want her to make music in such a music style coupled with gospel background we heard in Text Book All in all, i can say this is the album that could be put on NFR, Honeymoon and UV level. Pure art! P.S. Dealer, Thunder, Cherry Blossom, Living Legend and If you lie down with me are me faves
Was waiting for your reaction to this and seeing you sway with the melodies and feel her every word was so beautiful! There’s a certain magic when seeing the effect music can have on others, so thanks for always sharing that with us
I love your analysis of this album. The way she has carried these themes of American culture paralleling her and her relationships through each album is amazing. Her discography tells such a cohesive story about her journey it’s beautiful
Baby Blues means Postpartum depression, the song called Sweet Carolina is for caroline (chucks actual name) for if she goes through depresseion then lana will be there for her
I find your analysis to be so good. I sometimes don't agree with your analysis, but I always appreciate you go so deep in your thoughts instead of keeping them at a surface level. Bravo! Dealer is my absolute favorite. Made me rise whilst I was in bed.
Your attention to detail manifests in so many ways, whether it be in the reaction or the specific punctuations in the way you type (I see those em dashes). I think the fact that you let the entire song play out and then analyze it completely is also the perfect format as well. Been a casual viewer for a while; I’ve now subscribed.
You should be a music critic on music magazines, you are so good! im amazed how you explain all the songs ❤️❤️ amazing lana album she is a treasure and we need to protect her at all costs! You are so handsome btw damn ❤️
Just spent an hour doing my makeup while watching this video, I really love your takes on Lana's songs and just explaining the themes, you're like the Genius app but as a person (not to mention a gorgeous looking one) My favorite tracks are Dealer, IYLDNTM, Wildflower Wildfire, Thunder and the rest will grow on me. Thanks a lot Babes 🙏❤️
The meaning of Violets for Roses is so deep and I think it's connected to Beautiful. Violets are Blue and Roses are red. The colour Blue means Sadness, Cold, Coolness and Red means Happiness/Love/Romance and Hotness. Also Blue is Lanas Favourite Colour. Everybody wants their perfect Version of us and some of them try to change us. So does the guy in VFR, he wants to change everything she loves because he don't like the Sadness on her and wants her to be in Love with him and see her just happy. But what he thinks happiness is, isnt the same happiness for her. To be in love with someone is great, but sometimes you don't see things so clear beause you have your heartshape Sunglasses on 😍😉💕 But when you stay "blue/cool" you see things more clearly, realistic because you can also see the negative things in the relationship. When you stay stuck in your love bubble then it means there is no growth. Like in beautiful she sings: "What if someone had ask Picasso not to be sad, he would never knew who he was and there will be no BLUE Period." So without the Sadness there is no Happiness. I'm soo lucky that Lana aware of that and she learned to love herself and knowing her self worth. Also the Lines "A simple Life I chose this" and "Lets keep it simple babe." are connected. I love these Songs sm, especelly Violets for Roses is my Favourite Song 🙏🏻🥀🕊💗 The whole Blue Banisters Album is so great. Thank you sm for your Reaction and Analysis, it gives me a diffrent perspective on the Songs 🥰💖🌸
OMG you're so cute and clever, I just can't. 😭 This is my favorite Lana album so far. Don't know if it's gonna age well though, but I loved so much all the melancholia and honesty on this one right from the start. She's also very adventurous with her vocals and it is mindblowing. Blue Banisters the track actually brought me to tears. Dealer definitely is her boldest track and I love the attitude and how edgy it is.
Album is a masterpiece but took a few listens over the weekend to absorb it. My favourites at the moment are arcadia and beautiful. Love the horns on arcadia and the piano on beautiful is just sublime.
Finally! Somebody who not only reacts to the song but also analyzes the lyrics! As a writer and a huge fan of Lana, you have no idea how much I appreciate this video! 🙌🏼
I think this will be her Boys for Pele, not her most acclaimed work at first but it will have a cult following in 20 years or something and will be remembered as her magnum opus
Favorite songs: Beautiful, dealer, Acadia, Thunder, Nectar of the Gods, Living Legend, Sweet Carolina, wildflower Wildfire, Blue banisters, Text Book, cherry Blossom.
this is lana's most emotional and personal album ever. i love love black bathing suit, thunder, and sweet carolina and omg youre so hot! :) wish u had instagram
You always have the best interpretations of Lana's songs and you really helped me understand this album better. Thank you! My favourite are BBS, cherry blossom, dealer.
I always appreciate your insights and how you instantly piece together all the references. You’re arguably the most detailed & knowledgable Lana reactor on YT. It really is your niche. But it would nice if you could spend some time talking about how you actually feel about these songs, the music. I see you swaying, I hear you saying “this song is gorgeous” but there’s this disconnect. I’m sure you feel some of these songs in your bones like the rest of us, but it doesn’t come through the small screen. I don’t mean for you to react in an over-the-top manner, I just would like to see you tell us what about a piece of music moves you or speaks to you. Or what you dislike about it (like in Dealer, I’m not entirely sure you liked the vocal performance). Anyway, this is just a suggestion. You do you. Thanks for yet another great reaction.
While you're dancing to the song I can't pay attention to anything, sorry HAHHAHA The way you look at the camera it's VERRYYY attractive. Luv ur reactions and your thoughts
I loved the album, it´s definitely one of the best albums of the year. My favorite song is Thunder. It´s so emotional. I started listening to Lana´s music this year and I´m impressed. I would really like you to react to Britney´s GLORY (2016/2020) and Miley´s PLASTIC HEART (2020).
Great analysis! I am definitely going to check out your other videos. Subbed! About Violets Fo Roses: I hear: "You tried to trade in my new truck for Rollses", suggesting he wanted the high life with luxe and glam, but she wants the simpler life: "A simple life, I chose this." - What do you think?
This album didnt really impress me because i already knew the unreleased tracks that were added in blue banisters. I think that if she payed more attention to the production of the songs they would have felt a lot better. Dealer and Blue Banisters are the more interesting songs of the album (thunder and cherry blossom are amazing, they were unreleased songs from her Ultraviolence era)
I think I'm going to go with the one like the standard cover, but she's smiling, and the dogs are sitting up (brown cassette and clear vinyl). I don't like the blue one (yellow vinyl) and the one on the tractor looks odd (red vinyl/red cassette).
I love your Lana del Rey reaction ! I liked the album, not my favourite yet, but I'm glad you also liked it. You've lost so much weight also within a year :) try to do the same ! What's your secret 😆
Thank you! My strategy was mostly just gradually decreasing my my portion sizes. I typically ate a small breakfast, medium lunch, and normal to large dinner, but everyone is different. It’s also important to build sustainable habits and to eat intuitively. :)
What's your favorite song on Blue Banisters? :)
Arcadia ❤️
Dealer ❤❤❤
Beautiful
living legend🖤
Beautiful!❤
wow. I can't believe your videos aren't blowing up. so insightful with information I didn't know!!! keep going
Thank you so much! :)
I could listen to you analyze Lana's music all day - love hearing your POV
Thank you! :)
I wonder if Lana is his favorite singer!
Great analogy with Blue Banisters!

That "guitar solo" was her voice in like a saxophone-ish effect
43:20 “Cherry Blossoms, a song that I’ve definitely never heard before” had me rolling bahahahahaha
It was for her miscarriage baby written in 2014.
Was waiting for your reaction to this and seeing you sway with the melodies and feel her every word was so beautiful! There’s a certain magic when seeing the effect music can have on others, so thanks for always sharing that with us
Thank you, Ahmad! :)

Yes! I wish I’d caught this on first listen. It’s yet another detail that makes the song so meaningful.
I find your analysis to be so good. I sometimes don't agree with your analysis, but I always appreciate you go so deep in your thoughts instead of keeping them at a surface level. Bravo! Dealer is my absolute favorite. Made me rise whilst I was in bed.

CAN I JUST SAY.... this album has NO skips!! ITS SO GOOD! LIKE OMGGGG don't ask me which one is my favorite
You’re so good at expressing your thoughts and I love the deep dives 🤍

This album is so transformative for Lana. super excited to breathe this in and see what she has in store for the future.

This was great. The album didn’t hit me at first, love how you broke it down piece by piece. Giving it another listen
Your analysis is so articulate. Love!
I can just feel so much personality on these Lana songs again. She feels so alive and human!
Album is a masterpiece but took a few listens over the weekend to absorb it. My favourites at the moment are arcadia and beautiful. Love the horns on arcadia and the piano on beautiful is just sublime.
You are one of the cutest guys I've ever seen, tbh. Loved listening to your analysis and comments!
Every time I see you you’re analyses are the best and you keep getting more and more attractive ❤️
Finally! Somebody who not only reacts to the song but also analyzes the lyrics! As a writer and a huge fan of Lana, you have no idea how much I appreciate this video! 🙌🏼
My top 3 are violets for roses, black suit and If you lie down with me
Nunca tinha visto um react tão rico em detalhes e informações... congratulations
I think this will be her Boys for Pele, not her most acclaimed work at first but it will have a cult following in 20 years or something and will be remembered as her magnum opus
So true we stan tori amos
The Tori reference 🥰🥰🥰
My favorite songs are *Dealer* , *If you lay down with me* , *Beautiful* and *Wildflower Wildfire*
You probably get this all the time, but your smile is infectious
Favorite songs: Beautiful, dealer, Acadia, Thunder, Nectar of the Gods, Living Legend, Sweet Carolina, wildflower Wildfire, Blue banisters, Text Book, cherry Blossom.
a perfect album and a great analysis! when I think I got where she was going to, you come in and just blow my mind away lol amazing!!
love your analysis on lana's lyrics, really inspiring!
Nice one keep it up. Thanks for posting.
Eu simplesmente AMEI o react e o jeito que você entendeu o álbum. Ganhou mais um inscrito
Ok I love that you’re analyzing this cool too see your perspective that I completely agree with
Your analysis is great! It takes me back to my English 1102 class haha.
The lyrics of wildflower wildfire really hit me different, for me she’s saying she never want to be like her mother, I kinda relate to this
Oh my god, you are amazing. Loved your video! Keep up the great work.
this is lana's most emotional and personal album ever. i love love black bathing suit, thunder, and sweet carolina and omg youre so hot! :) wish u had instagram
You always have the best interpretations of Lana's songs and you really helped me understand this album better. Thank you! My favourite are BBS, cherry blossom, dealer.
That outro in living legend is actually her voice!
You're awesome.
Cherry blossom is my favourite no matter what they say!
Alternative words for "pand*mic" that I love: The panini, PanDemi Moore, and PanDemi Lovato.

When I heard "Sweet Carolina", it reminded me "The last time I saw Richard" from Joni Mitchell. I Guess it was because of the piano.
Você é lindo!
my favourite track is blue banisters
You, Sir, know your stuff! I recently listened to a lot Tori Amos (again), especially to Scarlett.
Coincidence? I don't think so.
Followed.
Thunder 😪❤❤❤❤
This album didnt really impress me because i already knew the unreleased tracks that were added in blue banisters.
I think that if she payed more attention to the production of the songs they would have felt a lot better.

Which of the four album covers is your favourite?
I think I'm going to go with the one like the standard cover, but she's smiling, and the dogs are sitting up (brown cassette and clear vinyl). I don't like the blue one (yellow vinyl) and the one on the tractor looks odd (red vinyl/red cassette).
I think I like the standard cover best, but I also like the sense of movement in the cover with the tractor. :)
@@ericmason6540 I get what you mean about the sense of movement with the tractor one though!
I just don't understand the terrible lyrics on this album. It's like NFR drained her, and now she keeps going downhill.
Living legend is about a female friend (Jane).
React to Ashlyn album ( Ahse ) it´s beautiful
Eric I'm just i'm love with you I can't help.
This guy is so handsome!😘
why so handsome tho
That ain't no guitar solo in Living legend tho.
Dealer is a pop yooo
Hi. React of the MOKSHA EP by Viktoria Modesta.
That was her Voice as a guitar no?
Wow you are good
The album is mesmerizing, but I don't know what the fuck was that interlude. :D
omg you're so cute!
React to plastic hearts by Miley
I love your Lana del Rey reaction !
I liked the album, not my favourite yet, but I'm glad you also liked it.

my god you’re adorable 🙈
Does he have Instagram?? Please I want to kiss him all the time 😍😩😩😘
