The original Armada Jolt was red and the powerlinx version was yellow. The version that comes with the Legacy powerlinx version is orange, supposedly in order to be "close enough" to either version of Jolt to "work" with the powerlinx or regular version of Legacy Hotshot.
I get that Hasbro included Jolt with this multi-pack because they skimped out on giving him to _Legacy Evolution_ Armada Hot Shot, but I think I know why they included those guns with Powerlink Hot Shot. The episode of _Armada_ where Hot Shot got his Powerlink colors was also the last time we saw Jolt, as well as Hot Shot's Axlezooka, in the anime. As such, in the episode "Dash", Hot Shot armed himself up with the guns that this toy comes with so as to compensate for the loss of his Axlezooka. Therefore, my recommendation would be to give Jolt to the first _Legacy Evolution_ Hot Shot, to keep the guns with Powerlink Hot Shot, and share the blast effects that come with Powerlink Hot Shot between both Hot Shots.
