    Hello & namaste, I am a Yogi & an Ayurvedic Wellness & Cooking Coach. I recently came across some of your videos, and I honor you for your wisdom, but after watching this video I really wish to share my two cents and an important feedback dear:
    When you say "Sattvik", make sure that you implement it on both - the "Ingredients" as well as the "Cooking methods". I am sure that you know that cooking anything in "Pressure Cooker" or "Non-stick" pan is NOT a Sattvik mechanism! Food is never cooked in a Pressure cooker but totally damaged till its molecular level!
    Sattvik mechanism originated out of Ayurveda which focuses totally on the NATURAL ingredients as well as NATURAL COOKING METHODS... also it promotes "SLOW COOKING" in Earthen pots, iron woks, copper/brass vessels, never on high flame or cooking under pressure!
    Whereas Pressure Cooker was created by the Invaders who ruled India to kill the Patriotic people who got jailed (because regularly consuming Pressure-cooked food means consuming slow poison)! In those days, Pressure cookers were made out of Aluminum, and now they are made of Steel and non-stick material. Aluminum is a leaching material and Non-sticks are dangerous too!
    People like you who are popular wellness content creators hold the responsibility of spreading right right information from A-Z. And those who really want to implement Sattvik lifestyle will definitely follow the RIGHT cooking methods without any excuses, even if that's time-consuming, because they know its benefit!
    Would really appreciate if you focus on 360 degree aspects of wellness and include all those in your videos. Thanks a bunch! God bless. :)

      Yeah I'd avoid using non stick pans and pressure cooker too. The knowledge Hansaji shares are great! Just wondering whether beetroot/carrots and milk are okay to be cooked together as per ayurveda food combination? Also ragi banana pancake. Ayurveda says fruits should not be combined with other foods and better eaten in between meals or as a light meal by itself. Maybe bananas are different?

      Thank you for your comment. I very much agree on upholding the responsibility of sharing accurate information on sattvic lifestyle. I used to find this channel very interesting but after having done more research on Ayurveda and Sattvic cooking from other sources, I have realized that this channel is inaccurate and not trustworthy, unfortunately.

    Nice sweets but please answer my doubts first I have heard pressure cooker reduced nutrients when we cook in it, secondly non stick utensils are also considered bad for cooking but they make cooking easy what should we do?

    I am confused. Sorry to sound argumentative but i thought you mentioned ( and avurveda states i think) in an earlier video, that you should always have fruits by themselves away from other foods and not combine...so which is it? Because i love mixing fruits with other foods...

      Flaxseed powder is used as a substitute for eggs. Pancakes recipe calls for the use of eggs or its substitute.

      Hello everyone out there! Apple Crumble is an English dessert made with raw apples in the baking tray. On top is a mixture of: butter/margarine, sugar and white flour- refined wheat. The three ingredients are rubbed together to form "crumbs" these are spread over the apple pieces and the baking tray, bowl or whatever is put into the oven.     Fruits taken are already sweet and good to have as a meal as it is, why to cook and add unnecessary calories to it, unless kids don't eat fruits, but fruits are faaar way better than these receipies

    As per Ayurveda you are using wrong food combinations in these sweets. Fruits and grains like in the ragi banana pancake are incompatible as well as fruits and vegetable as in the beetroot halva (dates are a fruit). Also if this is meant to be a dessert, ayurveda states that foods should be consumed separately from the main meal with a longer period of time in between. From all of this understanding, I unfortunately believe these treats are not sattvic but I am happy to hear someone elses insight on Ayurveda
