Me gustaría hacer un chasis igualito a ese cuales sos las medidas y que clase de tubos tengo que usar cuál es el ancho de los tubos de acero y cuál es el grosor y pues sii puedes ayudarme te lo agradezco y osi tienes o conoces a alguien que tenga los planos por favor me los pasas gracias
Casey Davis The chassis is setup for KA and 206. For KA it comes with a really nice chain guard and a basic motor mount with butterflies for the KA plus the exhaust mount and cradle for the pipe and the new 2018 that comes in next week has some cool tabs welded on the left side to provide a clean install of the KA starter box. For 206 the entire motor package is self contained and you will have to use a different motor mount than the one provided in the box, we'd recommend using the odenthal mount for either the 206 or KA, when we build karts for our own team we use the nice odenthal sliding mounts.
Race Life I drove a lot of First kart, also a birel made kart. Now I have a CRG vortex super rok with frontbrakes operated by hand and a shifter Maranello with an old TM kv95. not legal for races but it is very fast. It is a old Super ICC engine with a 38mm carb, it had 43 hp at the wheels on a test bench.
Don't like the kart. I don't like how the 2nd seat strut on the engine side is not welded on, don't like the axle cassette hangers, they look flimsy and an ugly adjustable design. Don't like the brake caliper, doesn't look beefy enough nor do I like the thin flower brake rotor (I prefer thick slotted vented rotor). Give me my OTK!!! :)
Tony Kart Racer You do realize this chassis is for the lower hp engines such as KA100 and LO206 right and not for TaG? The brakes on this kart are phenomenal many people who came from otk tried this kart and preferred this brake over the tony the progression on them is more than most karts and it’s a lighter disc for less rotational weight you don’t need a big vented rotor, and the movable rear seat strut makes it easier to mount the 4 stroke motors like LO206 and have more clearance. You want a beefier setup look into their TaG chassis which has a full floating vented disc bigger rear casette setup and welded strut but again that’s for a higher hp engine. Its just what you prefer. Tony kart and CRG and Birel make the most kart brands. This compkart is made by birel.
