Bloody Fantastic!! I knew it would be Lobster! When I met you in Annapolis, I had a Lobster on the back of my shirt! I miss living in Maine for the Lobster, not the snow!!! I understand about the lag time on the videos. But yall have popped in a few current 9nes. NYSE Boat show, after A boat show you were invited to.....(somewhere in Europe), and other times. Y'ALL JUST KEEP SMILING AND BEING YOU! 🙏❤🇺🇸🇧🇷⛵👣🤙🤗 And when you get a little closer to me, I will get that tattoo I missed at the boat show! ❤❤
Wow, you have an amazing life style living on your boat & catching up with other cruisers.❤ Keep up the good work. SV Kiwi Lady Opua Bay of islands New Zealand 👍🏿
That brought back some great memories of cruising the Grenadines. I’d forgotten about the little bridge over the entrance to the dinghy dock. I do remember ordering dinner and having it delivered to the boat in the middle of a squall!
At 10:49 you see the white and blue balcony of the room I stayed for a while. Absolutely love Union Island, the Grenadines and especially Saint Vincent!!
Enjoy your life together. Videos are secondary. We all love the videos, but what I appreciate the most is the time you take from your life to share them
Sunday is Odd Life Day. Thanks for the video time delay explanation. I understand the time it takes to produce a good video product for our enjoyment. Looking forward to additional adventures. Stay safe and sail on.
I don't mind if you shows are in real time or not. I just enjoy following your adventures whenever they happen. Stay safe and stay groovy. PS The lobster looks incredible.
I'm so glad to see you two in the Caribbean. I wish I could support you financially but the best I can do is support you through likes and comments. Some day I'll have my turn to be there.
For your shower problems while off grid, you can buy a really cheap camping solar shower bag that will hang over your deck, and supply hot water showers anytime, anywhere x
Como siempre un video preciosos , hermoso lleno de momentos bonitos de amistad y aventura, seguir disfrutado de la vida amigos, saludos desde Malaga ESPAÑA.
I have been watching for ever it seems and I love every minute. I just noticed on your intro when everyone is jumping off the boat there is a dog on the stern quarter and he is saying, " everyone is leaving! maybe I need to get off this floating home, there may be a major problem to make them all jump ship?" Love it!
Merry Christmas, the lobster tails looked special. We know, with boat work, planning your adventures, photographing these episodes; the time allowed to edit perfection is very difficult, so any apology on our behalf is never warranted. As a viewer, with so many sailing channels to pick from, we thoroughly enjoy any footage allowed us. Mostly, it's your congeniality and high spirit we enjoy most from you both and can't wait for your return trip to Brazil for updates on the Family. Thank your both for sharing your adventure and please above all, be safe.
We loved coming with you today when you met up with all your friends. Well done Duca for retrieving the shower from the bottom of the sea. Take care and all the best from us here in UK
Real time or not real time to me it doesn’t matter , just watching you on your journey we get to see some places that truly are amazing , we need each other , us for your journey and you so you have a story to share but you need your down time too because if you tried to keep going with out a break you will burn out and your story content will never be as good as it is now , an old saying you work to live not live to work , love to both of you and all the best from Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺
Friends, boat , beautiful places, there's nothing else you can desire! Such a good way to start the new year!!! Happy new year and as always fair winds!!!
Enjoy the Grenadines!!! That's where my first cruise was to back in 1992. It was in a 100 passenger cruise ship from the now defunct Renaissance Cruises. Awesome memories of Union Island, Mayreau, Bequia, and Mustique. Still my best cruise ever and I now have ~35 cruises under my belt in many lines and many sizes of ships.
I know what you mean about posts and real time , your talking about Christmas Eve ( Happy New Year 2023 ) and yet we're watching this episode on 1/5/2023 and it's now spring in the UK with sunny days and warm temperatures . Currently I'm getting ready for my Atlantic Crossing to Bermu should be leaving in 2 weeks for the sail across I've done it before I have a 2016 Beneteau 48 which is ideal for Ocean Crossing and I love Bermuda I've been coming here since I was a child I'm 55 now. Anyway Keep safe Duca & Roberta and Once Again Happy New Year. Professor Mark Woods
Love it. Followed you two sins the container house. And true the renovation of this beutiful boat. I remember when Odd say maby we will go to the carabean one day. And now you are there. Explore ewerything. Next step is to cross the atlantic and explore Europe and Meditiranian. Enyoy and go with the wind. With love from sweden.
Living in the US now but originally from St Vincent and the Grenadines..it was with great pleasure that I watched this episode so welcome to my home!! 🙏👍🇺🇸🇻🇨🇻🇨
Nice end to a great year! Wonderful to see you both relax for a little while too. Glad that Duca got better before the end of the old year. Rock on guys, rock on!
Hi Guys. All looking lovely. That anchor was well dug in but I would have had much more chain out. I like to see at least half the length lying flat on the sea bed so if you swing round in the night, it won’t pull out from the opposite direction. I like the amount of chain out to be at least 3 times the maximum depth.
actually 3-5 times depth is better... but its always according to circumstances, and i guess they gave more chain after checking it with diving, just easier to check first so less effort to pull it up again if you want a diffrent place.
You had a good teacher. Paul Shard from Distant Shores also dived down and made sure that the anchor is set properly in the sand. Good luck and enjoy. Luv your videos.
beautiful episode, as always it's a pleasure to watch you, because the mood is great, beautiful thing 🤩❤❤⛵️. E pra não dizer que nao falei da música: Muito agradável, adorei👌🙌⛵️
Look forward to seeing the tour of Libra!! O I forget to tell you-I have a video on TH-cam when I was practicing short field take off and landing and dropping by a couple of friends. go to: Another day out flying 2
I think I've told you, just tie a camera to the stern facing forward while under sail and walk away. Roberta do your music majestic thing. We'll be watching for hours 😂 Seriously a fun video, sailing, snorkeling, eating, and good friendships. Keep thinking about a Zoom, or Chat
Glad you enjoy it. Yes, let’s do a Patreon’s chat as soon as we finish organizing things for the hurricane season, the next month is gonna be crazy busy! We will let you know as soon as possible 😘
No one should be allowed to book a beach that’s complete bollocks! They should be glad of the extra custom, and the next time I went past that beach and there was no one there I’ll sail past and spend more money elsewhere! Great to see you guys living your dream
I totally get it that it is difficult to keep current, but giving us a time reference during editing would be nice, and beneficial to your subscribers.
Yes, but problem is how much ethanol is added! I have ethanol in all my local gasoline. I have given up the “ethanol struggle” and gone electric on my small motors. Thx for bringing us along😊😊😊 John Ken
Christmas, really? Maybe some delays are a bit too much. That said, Love your channel and hope Martin's Bay is good, don't leave it until August to share 😊
You Should always put STABIL in all of your Gas ,That way it will be good 2 years later and wont mess up the carb if you leave it in for a few months or even 2 years !!!! \
Interesting. I (Roberta) have never heard of it before. I actually tried to find it and it’s not available in Brazil 😔. It’s a great tip for those who are not in Brazil. I’m gonna check if they have it here in the Caribbean 😊
Another great video you two. But please take the time to synchronize/equalize your video volume when rendering. When i cast or play your videos on my smart TV it is very noticeable how different the volume is in all the different clips you cut together, and especially in the overlayed music clips. I had to adjust the volume with my remote no less than 30 times in this video to be able to hear some parts, and for the audio to not be ear piercing or deafening.in.other parts. I am sure this would be a problem for anyone listening through earphones while watching as well.
Hi, Rodwon. Glad you enjoy it. We usually spend literally hours trying to balance all the audio. All the songs we need to put the volume down at least 10% of the volume it is and we need to balance the voice in every single part of the video. We edit the videos on a macbook wearing headphones and the problem may be that on a computer the audio seems fine, but on the tv the quality of the audio and images gets different. We both check the audio once the video is done and later I check it once again while I type all the subtitles (that takes me at least for 4 hours a week). I wish I knew how to improve the quality for you, as we try our best to balance the audio but it seems that it’s not good enough
I love it when my youtube friends meet up with my youtube friends!!!
😁
It is a lot of work keep on filming and editing. Thnx for doing this.
Your 4 or so month old videos are so wonderful! I don't mind ! You guys enjoy your Caribbean trip and your 2023 summer!
Duca there are clearly so many beautiful things in your life right now, the list is very long I guess, but I know Roberta will be at the very top…🙏❤️😎
Ur video - awesome. U 2 - awesome. Ur accents - awesome. Ur sailing - awesome. YOU UNDERSTAND !!??? AWESOME !!!!! ❤😂🎉🎉🎉

Super AWESOME concept !!!!! Soon i expect to try 1. Like the ad. Soooooo many buckles to choose. Truly AWESOME !!!!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy 2023 to you as well..
I've heard from several sources that for each minute of video you spend about an hour in production. Thanks so much for all your efforts.
Muchas gracias por su Dios los bendiga

have fun guys

To be close to real time is not important for us.
Continue to do for the best!
That brought back some great memories of cruising the Grenadines. I’d forgotten about the little bridge over the entrance to the dinghy dock. I do remember ordering dinner and having it delivered to the boat in the middle of a squall!

Hope you enjoyed your time in grenada 🇬🇩 wish I knew in time to come say hello
I use oil with fuel stabilizer and fuel stays good for a year. It also helps with corrosion in the carburetor and reed valves in 2 strokes.

That grass under the boat is perfect squid ground. You need a squid lure.
As someone who lives north of the tropics, the idea of a sunny, warm beach for Christmas is mind-blowing :)
😊 in Brazil this is what we have for Christmas every year as it’s summer during December 😁
You should try it. One of the best Christmases I ever had.
Great croissants on Union Island, they will bring them out to your anchorage in the morning!!
Pure luxury 🥐
that just went on my to do list.
Thanks
Don't matter about the lag, just keep the vids coming love you guys
The lag is pretty normal for Sailing videos, I'd be more shocked if the videos were real time.

Time delays in posting is normal. Nothing to apologize for. Cheers from Winnipeg.
The oil mix in the gas actually slows it's degradation so it should be less likely to 'gunk-up' the carburetor!
The problem is the amount of ethanol they put into it
well done sign land lock

If you could buy a Guide of the area. It will tell you all the information you will need. With our best wishes , Raul and Joan Bryan, Texas
The gas is good because it was agitated during your trip with all the rocking back and forth from ocean waves.
Just for your info, i have had mixed with oil for over a year and its always ok, i think when gas is mixed with oil it stays good.
Yes, but problem is how much ethanol is added! I have ethanol in all my local gasoline. I have given up the “ethanol struggle” and gone electric on my small motors. Thx for bringing us along😊😊😊 John Ken
Do they sell W D 40 in Brazil for those hard and stuck screw's ?
