I am from Meghalaya and stayed in Siliguri for 6 months. Since Kurseong is seen from the plains and once there, it overlooks both the plains and the Himalayas. That transitional phase from plains to the hills, gave me some emotional feelings about the place. It's wonderful & nostalgic in some ways. I often visited both Darjeeling and Kurseong during weekends...but I liked Kurseong the most. Would love to settle there.
breathtakingly awesome videography ..........................hats off to your narrative skills.....each episode unfolds a better version ...keep going.
So many things have changed and so many things remain the same from my childhood days. Eagle's Crag 🦅was called the suicide point before the TV Tower was built and the area fenced off and beautified. I love my birthplace and as I get older the affinity and magnetism of the place gets stronger. I would prefer to spend my last days in the place I was born.
Woowwww!!!! It's so mesmerizing. It was as if I was travelling along. You have captured it so beautifully. It was as if I was witnessing the beauty in person. Hats off to you and srijana for exploring and showing to the world the beauty of our hills. Totally loved it. 😍

Awesome Photography Sam and a big THANK YOU🙏.I am travelling to Kurseong Sittong Rangaroon and Darjeeling come February and your VDO helped me identity the select places to see in and around Kurseong. Dowhill and its surroundings are stunning and so are the tea gardens ❤
Hello Sam! Thank you for this mesmerizing travel clip about Kurseong, my hometown. I loved the way you put in bits of history of the place to make it more interesting. I loved the drone shots, as well as the narration being bilingual. I think your subscribers would want to see more hidden gems of Kurseong like the Giddhae mandir, Sitalae devi mandir, world heritage toy train museum at the railway station, the old church and Christian cemetery on PB road (which has lots of interesting tombstones from the British era), the iconic Milan restaurant and Kurseong tourist lodge, the monasteries in Montiviot, Naya Busty and Castleton, a visit to the Castleton, Springside or Makaibari tea factories capturing the tea making process, Ambotia T.E, views from Allitia resort, Barbung and its quaint village areas as well as the Chitrae village area with its seasonal lake and Kali temple and the breathtaking (more than)180 degree view of the plains, hills along with its captivating sunrise.....the list is endless......maybe you should make a sequence of this vlog!
