There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with wanting to take it slow and not tell people right away. I don't tell my family for the first three months I am dating someone. A lot of relationships turn out to not work out for me in the first few months. There are some couples who have their partners stalk them whenever they are with their friends out of jealousy. But here's Mork, knowing well that his Pi is a light drinker and can get wild drunk very quickly, and only wants to stay close to Pi just to make sure he's alright, yet isn't allowed to do so by Pi's request, is just heartbreaking. It's good to see Mork perspective as well, he's a good guy and I like that they show us that he is not a perfect character
While speaking on which mork has god level patience. Who would want to lose their love after getting it with so much difficulty. They way he treats pi is literally boyfriend material.
I feel pity for Mork, when they are boyfriends already yet Mork is still watching Pi from afar. Mork's understanding for Pi and patience to wait until Pi is ready is just.. feels like fairytale😭

I really like the last scene here because Mork has been watching Pi from afar for a long time and finally he sees Pi with actual friends who love and respect him. It's also really bittersweet for Mork but it's a great juxtaposition and a step in the right direction

There are some couples who have their partners stalk them whenever they are with their friends out of jealousy. But here's Mork, knowing well that his Pi is a light drinker and can get wild drunk very quickly, and only wants to stay close to Pi just to make sure he's alright, yet isn't allowed to do so by Pi's request, is just heartbreaking.
I'm not blaming Pi here since I understand his situation, but at the same time I feel what Mork's feeling.
