I absolutely love your personality and videos. Like you say... I got this, with your help ❤ I'll be ordering all those pdf's and information from you as I take this new career on. I'm excited thanks to you. You're the best instructor out there.
I'm really hoping that you can see this and help me. I have a 2015 Jayco with Coleman Mach, AC turn on, blower works perfect, but AC compressor is not kicking in. I did the overload protector test and there is continuity. The compressor test, I set it to omhs/200 but the reading is wild, every combination it start at 50 omhs and goes to 90 than back to 70, nothing close to what is supposed. Can it be a bad multimeter? Or compressors do this when they bad? I live in the middle of nowhere, not easy to go out and find another multimeter. Thank you in advance!
I am a subscriber and you put out great videos. I tried to get your capacitor cheat sheet and it says "oops.. Page Not Found The page you are looking for doesn't exist or has been moved." Also - what is your opinion as to getting a soft start system and if yes - which one for a Dometic 11,000 BTU a/c on a 2024 Northern Lite? Thanks for your help and keep the vids coming!
Thank you for taking time and explaining. I’ve owned my rig for almost 5 years now. The ac started acting weirdly lately, the fan runs at the opposite directional rotation at times, turn it off until the blower is at full stop,,turn it on again , after almost 10 to 15 on/off attempt, the fan corrects its directional rotation. What’s causing this? What would be the culprit and where should I be looking? I’m confused 😕
Hi Emily. I have a Coleman mach AC unit that is not blowing cold air. It passes the compressor coil resistance test and black wire amperage tests nicely. Where would you go next to find the problem?
Best explanation ever. Great analogy on pushing a car from dead stop.

Great job, Don
How about the proverbial "hard start" caps.?
