What are your thoughts on preventative measures like ankle flexibility and strength workouts?
i literally sprained my ankle landing on someones foot 10 mins after this video was posted. currently have crutches, comedic timing this video xd
I broke my ankle in 2 places yesterday
what should i do if when i jump my lower back hurts
I fractured my foot today playing basketball 😂
