Delivery guys are not dependant on tips given by the consumers. These guys are deliberately asking money from the consumers which is not legal, as delivery charges are also incorporated with the total cost of the cylinder.
Common man is not aware about this.

I am in banglore my cylinder man asking delivery charges 50 RS for it and he is delivering 20 to 35 cylinders 50*30 cylinders means he is earning 1500 for each day averagely and plus they get salary like six to seven thousands for month totally he is getting 50 k per month think how they earn

You must calculate How much weight does he carry per day?
30*30 kg = 900 kg with refilled cyl ball.
Without refilled ball 30*15kg= 450 kg
Total 1350kg..
As finally Nerves systems must be affect.

Hand and leg joints Surely affect
Go and do that work atleast for one day..
