as a writer myself, I truly understand and appreciate what Morrissey had to say about having an inspiration and a muse. Some of the most mundane things to most people can be quite cathartic to the observant individual; the little details that give writing a depth, a richness to it. These details are essential, if we expect to find an audience. I've been a part of his audience since the beginning and I will be a part of it until he takes his final curtain call.... Thank you, Morrissey, for enriching my life's experiences, inspiring me, when no one else could, or would, inspire me. I love you....

To understand Morrissey is to understand "loss". His words touch our sadness in a way that he would never trully recognize, since it would make Morrissey look back at the sadder moments of his life and ours. Every song he sings speaks of a dream unbidden, yet unspoken. How many of us know this....more than we'd like to say.

2:58 - 3:46 When I first heard those words, he described my life and thus began my love of Morrissey. Everyone criticized me and told me to go out more, and I did but only to fit in and shut everyone up. For a brief time I thought my life would be like Pet Shop Boys 'Being Boring' but that quote from Morrissey really has been my life. Although I don't think anything I've written "will go down in the annals of history" lol

Shawn Kristen Jones This is what I'm like now. Everybody tells me to go out more and even my dad says I'm not 'normal'. I think its more to do with feeling like you don't fit in so you just try to enjoy your own company the best you can. It can get quite depressing sometimes though. I'm glad there is someone like Morrissey out there to remind me that I'm not alone in feeling that way.
