I needed a smoother transition to the ground because i drive a riding mower in and out on concrete, so I cut reliefs in the base 2x4s at the end. Something you might want to consider..
where can i buy a repo shed local to me? i live in western Wayne county. just looking to save a little.
Check out the lot on 39 west side of Millersburg or Mt vernon sheds and barns in Mt Vernon, there are more of them I just don't know where they're at.

The hand truck would have been easier to move the finished ramp than the wheelbarrow.
Those aren't 1x6's. They are standard 5/4x6 deck boardsw, which have been around, at that size, forever.
I totally get why one would stop doing the repo thing, the human element, hard on the heart, not to mention angry people, a lot of folks relate to the father/son relationship, even if they arent born Amish, you seem like a genuinely good human being very best to you in your endeavors. I never watched my first episode until a few weeks ago. .

Use a smooth head hammer not a waffle, might think about something more than just two screws to hold that in place... lag bolts might have been better.. the screws could Bend.. you could also move that ramp with a hand truck if you had somebody guiding you with good communication skills...LAXVESPA-LOSANGELES
