Question: I have 4500H. When I’m watching a movie with the volume up. The power turns off by its self and the power light flashes. What makes this happen? Thank you for your review

Hey Cory, Im sorry that's happening to you. From my experience ive made a few mistakes and had frayed bare wire where the red and black lines were slightly touching. Whenever I turned up the volume it would shut down and go into protect mode. Double check to make sure the wires are clean and see how that works!

Wait so would you recommend an external amp?

Id recommend an external amp if you are planning on eventually moving to separates. Its a good stepping stone since this reciever has pre outs.
