How to make shahi style chicken aloo potato curry | Aloo chicken recipe
Aslamolikum today I am sharing my very loved one chicken aloo curry in shahi style this is different and unique way to cook a delicious rich curry recipe you need these ingredients which r very common and convenient
Chicken one and half kg
Potatoes aloo as per needed
I used 3 medium size
Onions 3 large
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
Tomatoes 2
Green chillies 4-6 as per choice
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric half tsp
Salt one tsp according to taste
Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Here you can add almond and poppy seed paste to give more richness and proper shahi flavour and style in your dish
I am not adding because of hot weather
In cold weather if you add the almond and poppy seeds paste it will be best curry for getting some warmth
