There’s actually a Kentucky State University out there that’s got a Division 2 football team. They’re located in Frankfort (the capital of Kentucky) and you should try a max rebuild with them. They could start out in Conference USA and you could make sure they play Kentucky every year (unless you put them in the SEC East eventually) or any other Kentucky based team like Louisville or Western Kentucky as a rivalry every year (still could do WKU after moving to the SEC if you go that route). For this Kentucky State rebuild, their real life team is called the Thorobreds and their team colors are green and yellow so you have an idea on what to expect. You should do at least a 20 year rebuild with them but 30 years or even the max of 60 would be great.

Tanman pls read So say if an athletes who u place at receiver plays that position for two years but u moved them to tight end they Awareness u dip to 50 so before u change their position always remember what the awareness is that why the rebuild take longer then expected. Like Lonnie smith was a mlb with a 74 awareness then u switch him to rolb and it dropped his awareness down to 50 . He would’ve been a way better player in in rs junior season
I haven’t noticed much of a difference when switching players positions I think they still improve in the offseason pretty well. You may be onto something but I don’t really notice awareness doing much for players besides quarterbacks in sim. I’m sure it matters but I’ve only noticed it in quarterbacks

Like modify Alabama to as to the year when Nick Sabin took over and simulate up to the modern day trying to recreate or surpass his success. Also, maybe try a coaching “career” in NCAA Basketball 10, I think it runs for 30 years. Just some ideas.
