Brandon Swanson is actually from my home town. They check the sewers frequently believing he had fallen in the river and his body somehow got into the sewage system... He had been drunk and heading home from a college party. There are some that think he had angered someone at the party and that they had kidnapped and murdered him but there was no follow up to that theory. Earlier this year as construction was being done on the roads there was talk of what would happen if his body WAS found while work was being done... His parents want to reopen the case... I pray they find closure one day... He was a good kid and did good in college...

Ben the guy that dove in vortex springs, he drowned. The other diver that let him in the gate said he never came out. The reason they couldn't find his body is that there are parts of vortex springs unexplored because they are too deep and they did not want any recovery divers to drown looking for Bens body. But it's no mystery, he drowned.
It's pretty obvious he drowned,but if the places are next to impossible to get into for rescues divers then what makes you think he fit sweetie? It's a mystery where his body is, not how he died.

Scientists just found more DNA evidence for that case, but there's too little DNA so they have to wait to use it until DNA can be replicated safely. I myself am very interested in the case and wrote an essay on who I thought killed the poor girl this year for my Forensics class.
Her father was molesting her, he mom found out, she helped him murder her and move the body, they called all the people to the house to taint any evidence they had in the house before the cops came through with forensics
