I'm very happy to know that all 3 of them are kind of second time co-founders and with all the knowledge/experience they have from their previous endeavour, it is very tough to fail. Mainly I'm happy that they have chosen MSME as the domain since India needs true re-invention and ease in that space.
Similar second time founders should start disrupting Agriculture space in India.

I am working in udaan as sales executive from fast 2years in Bangalore I saw this company growth it went in rapide pase in 2019 but sum change in HR policies the company make to leave senior at the same time the growth is slow down now but belive me in future it will become a unicorn

I could clearly observe conflicting point-of-view by each co-founders instead of having a single narrative. This sometimes becomes the strength of the company if they keep their personal ego in check or may depart due the same strength that's propelling the company so far. Great interview. I think the issue that Udaan should cater to is TRUST. Nowadays, nobody is ready to listen to you if you don't have any common reference in big ticket deals. That is big opportunity for Udaan at hand.
