I understand Zoe 100% in this video. Honestly just thinking about using that thing gives me anxiety... Even if it doesn't really cause real damage, the pain can definitely cause a panic attack. I have panick attacks about the slightest things!once I faint on a bus stop in tho island of Wight and people were coming of and did not see me and nearly trampled me!i normally faint when I see blood!!!

Zoe was super brave to do this. I think it’s all about lack of control (exactly like my anxiety) and she mentions being scared of sick (emetophobia, which I also have) and that is about not having control. I feel for her in this video and i think she’s been super brave. A lot of her anxiety is about not having control, for example- sick, being drunk, not being able to leave the airplane etc etc... she’s done amazing in this video❤️

Zoe has low pain tolerance (I'm assuming). So many people are complaining that she was laughing at others when they couldn't stand being shocked in higher levels. If you watched the video properly you would be able to see that Alfie, Poppy and Sean would laugh and smile at themselves in pain as well. as someone who deals with anxiety, I can totally relate. I actually think zoe did quite well, sometimes when anxiety happens one can't join in on these activities. You have to mentally prepare for any situation its not fun.

Zoe without a doubt has the lowest BMI, which means the shocks go straight to her bones so it obviously will hurt her way more than the others :)

Zoe has low pain tolerance (I'm assuming). So many people are complaining that she was laughing at others when they couldn't stand being shocked in higher levels. If you watched the video properly you would be able to see that Alfie, Poppy and Sean would laugh and smile at themselves in pain as well. I'm pretty sure if they were just as scared and panicky (is that a word?) as Zoe was, she wouldn't be laughing at them. I wish ya'll would just calm down, lol...

So what if she has anxiety?? So do I , and im 13 , me and my best friend did this , she has the same thing as alfie just diferent colour , and guess what, when its on 10 it doesnt hurt, its like tickleling, and it only starts to hurt when its on about 25-30

as someone who deals with anxiety, I can totally relate. I actually think zoe did quite well, sometimes when anxiety happens one can't join in on these activities. You have to mentally prepare for any situation its not fun.
