Here in LHS digit sum of 81 is 0 and when 0 is multiplied with "X" it will be zero and clearly digit sum of RHS i.e. 324 is also zero this satisfies the condition but we can't predict the Digit sum of "X" because if we substitute any value for "X" when multiplied with zero will always give zero.. so in such cases we can't apply digit sum 😃👍
