The thing that stroke me most and brought tears to my eyes was the act and gesture of Iran's coach by going towards tahmasebi and hugging him and kissing his head. That was "TAKHTIVAARAANEH" act, my fellow iranians know what I am talking about! that is how one should be in sport and in real life. He did not rejected him, he praised him and he raised his hand to the Azerbaijan coach which to mention, he is ethnically Iranian as well! he coached Iran team in London olympic alongside BANNA!!!
Taleb took the gold medal. Please do not attach lable to our winner . Before final we look to see how the games he was won 8 to 0. He is powerful our Lor men from Lorestan state. Taleb is championship......
It's a dramatic, pity at the same time a proud thing to have two ethnically Iranians in the final standing on first and second podium. But I have got to say, I couldn't deny the act of Iran's coach going to Tahmasebi hugging and kissing him as in show of respect. However this is not the first time that Azerbaijan has bought such athletes. It is ironic to know that Tahmasebi replaced another wrestler called something-kashvili, which the name says he must have been from Georgia...
Although this is just a sport and although it is hard for my fellow American friends to understand what a disgrace it is to be ethnically from Iran play for your national team until 2010 and then competing for Azerbaejan. But yet I understand Saman's situation since Iran Wrestling fed. and gov. are not taking good care of our wrestlers financially hence moving to other countries which is seen as unsportsmanlike act in Iranian fans eyes. well, Azerbaejan bought our used to be best, not anymore...
Saman Tahmasbi is the real winner. He intentionally lost the game to Nematpour. Both Nematpour and the Iranian coach know it. Saman and I are from same hometown and I am proud of him. The National Iranian TV and the Iranian commentator did not even once talk about him once and the medals he won for Iran. They have to be ashamed of themselves. Iranian people and especially Lorestanians should be thankful to Tahmasbi. I hope, in not far future, Tahmasbi be coaching Kurdistan National team.

If I'm not mistaken, he left for Azerbaijan because Mohamamd Bana told him he would never take him on the team again.
