I find the advert itself banal however, what I find appalling, and I have complained to the ASA this evening, that the company feels that it is ok to portray, what I consider to be, a sexual assault. Where a complete stranger feels that it is ok to pat a person's bottom without permission.What sort of example is this to set.
The setting of the bum slap is a home. The person who slaps is in their pajamas. It's clearly meant to be a couple - or at least family of some sort. They are obviously within an intimate family setting in that scene. It's playful.
