Andy Reid is not only a great coach, but a compassionate individual. Michael Vick served 18 months in federal prison after his dog fighting fiasco was busted. Andy resurrected Michael's career when few were willing to take that risk. For Andy, no man is beyond redemption.

As an Eagles fan. The franchise was in disarray before he came in. He drafted McNabb over Ricky Williams. The Eagles O Line was awful in the 90s. He signed Runyan and continued to build in the trenches through his tenure. Without him the Eagles wouldn't have won in 17 or be in the Super Bowl in a few weeks. His organizational philosophies are still felt.

Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes together have to be in the top 3 of any QB-Coach duo. Mahomes, if he stays healthy, will probably be THE GREATEST QB ever. I view Super Bowl rings as a team effort. We've seen a few teams with average QBs win Super Bowls. The 85 Bears, The 2000 Ravens, The 2002 Bucs come to mind. We've also seen great QBs never win A Super Bowl, 84 Dolphins, The Buffalo Bills 4 times. Mahomes is playing with really good players but other than Kelce who is a bonafide star on The Chiefs offense?

Coach Reid did the right thing to do when Mahomes got injured to require an XRAY
before the latter was allowed to continue.
Sometimes, you have to temper the competitiveness of a player as not to jeopardize his career
    long term.
Had Mahomes continued without an XRAY and had a fracture .. that would only cost the team
    and player's future in jeopardy.

Mahomes is a great player , he has a great Choach who lets them be themselves. Building their confidence during training periods makes sense, and a strong team is the most rewarding part of team effort.

He is different from the other kids folks. 3 WR down, playing with rookies and an ancle inkury. Patrick Mahomes is The greatest ever because he doesn't need everything to be perfect on his team to succeed like Tom Brady (Wr's, O- Line D-line...etc). Lost Tyreek and got even more lethal . The greatest always do things you just cannot explain (lionel MESSI). That wow facter.

Biggest fan of Colin and this show, been listening for 5 years. But how is that 2 weeks ago you would take Eli manning over Aaron Rodgers because of the 2 superbowls, but now here, talking about Mahomes you are saying super bowls are not a big part of the evaluation for best ever. Respectfully, I find that unfair

People who cry rigged don't realize these athletes have to play the game. It gets rough, things don't go the way they want it to. Most of these bad calls didn't really amount to much, but they act like it was a game changer.

Let’s be honest. Many of these players are young and emotional. Many stars can barely speak a coherent paragraph. So yes, when the opponent slams them in the media it will fire them up.
