I like the occasional trip to Waitrose and it’s more expensive than my usual Sainsbury’s shop, so why is they can’t afford to put some heating on. The staff on the tills beg us to complain online, because they are freezing.

I didn’t notice the temperature I think because I was in my winter jacket anyway because of the weather. That’s not good I hope they sort this out, because it’s horrible working in the cold.
