Mindful walking must be the best medicine for us. I love the way you have captured so many things, my favourite was the ladybird and dragon fly on the rock. I can;t fault you hiking to get yourself out of your head. I wish everyone had the motivation, environment and physical ability to do this every day the world would be a calmer place in my opinion. Thank you Peter for such a wonderful video.
That ladybird and dragon fly on the rock were so interesting! I didn't know if they were friends, or just hanging on for dear life on that rock, next to that wild running water. I find mindful walking and being out in nature great for getting out of my head and reconnecting with the natural pace of life. Thanks for watching!
So amazing! You have put many hours and effort on this video, and the result is beautiful. And the lovely speedy butterfly between 8:47 and 8:48!! Excelent job!!
I’ve missed your videos. Great that you’ve managed to get out in nature. It must have taken a lot of work to put this together and edit it. Thank you. During walking week here in the UK an organisation called Living Streets published a free ‘Walkbook: Recipes for Walking and Wellbeing’. I thought it contained some lovely ideas. I added the link to this in my comment previously but think that may be why the comment was removed? Anyway, I thought you could make a great walking guide of a similar nature with your own images and ideas and sell it as a PDF. I'd buy it. :)

Absolutely Beautiful video! Where I live in Florida we just have beaches full of tourist.
Thanks, Neil! Never been to Florida, I hope there are also parts that are not overrun with tourists.

Did you know that CC-button is greyed at your video. No way to turn CC on wich means no idea what you say. 😥
I think it's because this video doesn't have any words 😉. It's just music and nature sounds.
@@IAmPeterCook Okay, didn't know that.
