i heard a theory that the letters were the last part of verity's manipulation
and if the husband were to find it, he will believe that he killed his wife for nothing and regret what he did ........you know what i mean.

I agree. She manipulated everything until the end. She put that letter the day that the other girl found her in the floor

I'm 33 years old and finally decided I should get into reading some books. Never was a big reader. I think Goosebumps when I was like 9 was the last book I read. I bought this book strictly based off of Amazon reviews, and literally completed the entire thing in two days. Clearly this book is catered to a female audience, but as a male, holy crap was I obsessed with this one. I need more like this. I'm sad I'm done with it. It's like binge watching seasons of Netflix shows in 2 days and being upset with yourself for finishing so fast.

It’s about where the thin line that separates the truths and lies. Where mother instinct to protect her children and her wild desire for sex and attractions for a man. Mother supposed to provide and build a family of love, where Verity is choosing the sex attractive. She loves the feeling of sexual energy for the love for her children. I don’t like and trust Jeremy. He plotted the accident. He knows what was happening in his family, but he is accepting it. Waiting where it’s will getting his family. He is a monster. He read the manuscript and he invited Lowen to live in his house knowing what stage she is. Everything was calculated to hide his failure, because he had read the manuscript before the young author came to help with the series of Verity’s books.
I guess, there should be another book of Crew who supposed to find out what’s happened to his mother and his sisters

The plot twist was great!! Didn't expect such a good book, I only knew Colleen Hoover's romance books before

So now you have to read the extended version that is only available in the hardback books. That part really messed with my head!

  • @GreenGranny

So some thoughts: Jeremy read the manuscript before Lowen came. Verity had searched for it and could not find it. Jeremy must have planted it for Lowen to find. Motive for this? Did he want someone to help him finish off his wife and also be a witness to collaborate his actions? If everything was true then I can see Verity pretending to be a vegetable because she was afraid of Jeremy and she HAD to wait for the money to be put in the bank from the publisher so she could escape with Crew. I might be team manuscript because a second book called Crew would be cool. He could have inherited the psycho mentality of his mom.

Thank you sooo much for the spoilers it literally helped me a lot i just can't sit more than a hour on a book but at the same time I wanted to read it so much so just really thank you and your way of narrating the story is just perfect

this girls telling lies in the letter it says she was in the passenger seat which is why i think the letters a ploy because how did he come out unscathed she also says he placed her in the drivers seat after the fact so the whole story changes just from those minor details. Don't be spreading lies cause the credibility of this letter weakens when u think about how plausible it actually is that he didn't have a scratch on him.

I believe the letter was her final manipulation against her husband and the manuscript was all true. however I don't believe Jeremy is the good guy Lowen thinks. he sees her as a replacement for Verity. there are little hints of him being possessive

  • @Sitbymyside

Ok i read the novel . And one thing i think was not mentioned was how there baby girl got the scar on her face . If as per verity she was a good mother and blah the manuscript was a lie
That part was not expalined in the letter
So i think she did all tgis and wanted to be nice and all at the end
Because she was obsessed with jeremy and didnot wanted him to think bad of her at all . Maybe i am wrong

    • @GreenGranny
      @GreenGranny 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

The scar was explained. It was from the abortion attempt by Verity with the clothes hanger.

If you like this book, then I highly recommend November 9 by Colleen Hoover. It is not as dark, but it is extremely entertaining. You will stay on the edge of your seat throughout the entire book 18:38
