- The last game of the season was full of ups and downs. We have played this team before, but it felt different this time! Maybe it's because we had to play 5 sets against them haha.
Huge thanks to Justin for subbing last minute, his volleyball IQ was through the roof! I can't believe the season is already over! Hopefully you all enjoyed watching us play. I will be continuing to play in the upcoming season on two different teams so hopefully I don't break haha. I want to really focus on defense and fitness this season, specifically flexibility and endurance along with some strength training.

try to hit the ball down and not forward
Snappier wrist, once u will work more with your wrist and not with you shoulder the ball will go much more downwards and also the point of contact should be above and in-front of you
Just keep practicing! Good tips below too! Hit the upper half of the ball, but we all hit it out haha
