This new look for the DCEU's batmobile looks more similar to the one in Arkham Knight, + the tires elevate the body to fit with the terrain it goes through I think there's a difference in style between the tumblr, the Justice league bm and the AK batmobile, the Justice league's batmobile looks like its primary purpose is offense because of the guns but it retains a car function in its appearance, it also has a dark grey color but way brighter than the Tumbler so I'm guessing stealth is not a priority, the Tumbler looks and acts more like a tank with the weight and design and, it acts as a stealth vehicle because of the darker color, its weapons aren't out in the open, its look truly suggests it's meant to take damage and the movies clearly take that into account in the narrative, it's seen ram through various things, used to withstand bullets from automatic weapons, it takes a direct hit from an rpg to shield Dent, then in the third (with Bane's army) it fodders the Bat's rifles and it's also taken out by its own missiles when Batman leads them back to the tumblr. I'm more curious to see how the batmobile will be put to use to accompany with the progression of the story like the tumbler was, I just love how those vehicles tell a story on their own through their appearance and use. the one from BvS illustrated Bruce's militarized approach and willingness to kill/use guns and his violence, and it also illustrates the layered story that Batman has had history that weighs on him enough so that he breaks with his morals, codes and methods and uses more lethal and violent techniques, weapons and direct conflict and dismisses stealth and strategy I don't think I like how it looks in JL because of the guns because it makes the task of identifying this car as Batman's more difficult, but I guess it's appropriate considering this is not an iteration of Batman we're supposed to be too familiar with
A) its a movie so it wont explode unless they want it to B) its batman so he might have thought of that C) nothing happens since the bat mobile has already ben struck by a missile and it barely dent it

Arkham Knight's Batmobile. I haven't played the games but judging from the gameplays, AK's Batmobile has a lot of weapons, including I think a rocket launcher or a grenade launcher idk. BvS's Batmobile only has a gun

Well, Nolan wanted to have a "realistic" take on Batman, except for the microwave thing, the bullet reconstitution, the atom bomb, and apparently the Batmobile... This car seems to be heavily armored, and hable to crush average cars (oh but Batman doesn't kill of course) and go trough concrete walls... Yet we see the car be driven from roof top to roof topand do tones of stuff only a very light vehicle would be able to do... If we take the example of Burton's Batmobile, this car looks to be designed like a sports car, not a tank, but can a sports car be driven on dirt ? No. Do we see that happend in the movie ? No. And with Snyder's Batmobile, the car looks to have a very aerodynamic shape and yet be a little more armored than Burton's car, and of course we have the oversised wheels, which emplies this car could go any where, making it the most practicle Batmobile on screen... ^^

The problem with the Tumbler is that it is wholly unsuited for the task of driving efficiently around the city. It was designed for open terrains with plenty of space, which makes it simply too big and unwieldy for city streets. Can you imagine Batman driving Hummer around the city? No? Well, isn't that what Tumbler essentially is? An oversized, jump capable Hummer. And Batpod, although much more suited for moving around the city, is incompatible with supposed origin of the Tumbler - a vehicle ostensibly meant for a military use. Again, can you imagine Hummer with a strap-on armed escape bike meant for one person only? :)
Jumping over a gap is the purpose of the vehicle as it was originally designed to be a "Bridging" vehicle. But I agree with the rest, I dislike the Tumbler..
they are both very fine looking and fantastic writting vehicles. although I like the dawn of justice batmobile better I like how it's a2 seater. had this new batmobile version been made as a2 seater or perhaps having it concerted by a push of a button to a2 seater it definitely will win me over

the batmoblie should have 2 retractable guns on the sides with a varity of ammo, and a retractable cannon on the top and they should remove the rockets in front and place something to give more raming power. IMO

both are nice however, i prefer the BVS batmobile stylistically it's nicer I like how the new car raises but I think it would habe been better had it been a 2 seater and the canon on the roof of the vehicle can be hidden and appear when needed. it really would have edified the gimmick of the weapon especially with the batmobile getting tweaked and upgraded for battle.

He could have worked on a way to repel parademons by using sound emitters which inflicted pain, he could have drawn them away using the noise makers shown in the actual movie as counter-measures to distract them, *he could have had Cyborg link to the onboard computer so that while the heavy hitters (Wonder Woman and Aquaman) distract the Parademons and Steppenwolf, stealthy (Batman) could clear a path and speedy (Flash) could upload the tech-support (Cyborg) and neutralise the threat, he could have experimented with energy shielding or electrifying the body of the vehicle, even tried a stealthier approach using adaptive camouflauge or just a plain stealth mode or at least a way to summon the bat-wing, have an in-built bad-pot or even eject an exo-suit. There are dozens of contingencies which he could have prepared but because Justice league wanted Batman to look like an idiot, all he does is look scared, turn on the annoying siren and drive his discount tumbler into the enemy? The one in BvS was the lovechild of the one form Batman '89 and The Dark Knight. The one in Justice League looks like the unwanted offspring of the tumbler and the one from Arkham Knight. P.S. * this could have been an actual plan AND involved the team working together and defeating someone who is essentially a higher paid henchman. THEN, Steppenwolf could have unveiled Superman, his trump card whom he had resurrected off-screen using the mother-box, thus bringing a real challenge to the team. While they hold him back, Batman figures out Flash's message and orders Flash to bring Lois Lane. While they are busy getting their asses kicked, crazy-prepared Batman temporarily neutralizes Supes with the kryptonite that he would obviously have at all times, especially seeing the last time they had an alien arrival, for one farm boy they had half-a-dozen conquerors. This allows the team to knock him out and this along with Cyborg now knocking out communication between the brainwashed boy-scout and the mother box and Flash showing up with Lois, it knocks some sense into him and he gets up to do the same to Steppenwolf. Before they can end it however, twin beams of light strike Steppenwolf, trapping him for his failures in what can be believed to be the Omega Sanction. As expected, a giant appears and looks unimpressed at the new league. Clark is obviously dealing with some issues as he flies straight up at the guy, only to be tossed back by a casual backhand from the space golem. The figure leaves through a boom-tube, remarking that they aren't truly strong enough to bother fighting. He finishes by saying that the universe would no longer ignore them and that if they hope to survive, they must get stronger. and when they finish he will return. End Credits. This was done in ONE GO. Why can't high-paid writers do this shit instead of bored TH-cam commentors?

Best batmobile ever. More functional. More logic. And it chances in JL are aligned with the story. Lets hope in the future we can see it again in Zack Snyder's Justice League.

I never liked these two Batmobiles.
the one from the "Batman: Arkham Knight" is better i think the thing is batman will never use a gun . thow others have gone so far away from the story ...~sigh~ what has happend to the heros we once had now thy kill (superman kills the joker) is just one the hulk has killed countless people batman will brake you and have toy in the Hospital comics now a days are from from heros comics hell even stan lee is a sell out "!" it is sad .. sorry about the rant ~sigh~
Best batmobile ever. More functional. More logic. And it chances in JL are aligned with the story. Lets hope in the future we can see it again in Zack Snyder's Justice League.
