Her voice kind of reminds me of a more intense version of Judy Garland. Judy Garland had that cabaret-style timbre and she always hit these very emotive and provocative low notes. This isn't surprising, seeing that Fiona Apple is a contralto, as was Judy Garland. Fiona Apple exudes that so effortlessly.
Wonderful Collaboration between two very unique individuals. I have seen both collaborate with others but there is something so very special between them. The music of course transcends but you can see, hear and feel their very loverly connection. Thank you for sharing
Harry Wahl In those question and answer videos that came from the Apple Camp ... Someone asks if there's new music ... Her answer was " Yes "... I can't wait either ... A new Fiona Apple album is always and event for me ! Slowly but surely ... I'm sure a new piece of work will be released into the world soon ...
In another video she said she's working on another album, back with a band again, but it's more of an independent production. (Not sure if she's still on Sony's label.) Should be out next year, hopefully!
👍to see Fiona enjoying and sharing her gift again. thank you...you've been missed.😘
Sing it, Fiona! I love hearing her belt it out.❤
Fiona looks and sounds great! in some of their other songs they harmonize so well, but its awesome to just hear her, shes got some serious pipes!!!
