Hi, I found this video when I was troubleshooting my T410 that was doing exactly the same thing. In the end, the replacement of the PSU helped fix the issue. I was also managed to fix the falty PSU, by replacing four failing capacitors (visually bulging). The clicking noise was the PSU relay turning on and off the PSU due to failed capacitors for standby power. So now I have two working PSUs. No damage to the motherboard was noticed and the server is now working fine. Hope this will help people with the same problem.

i have the same problem but i have a t110 ii but the clicking is coming from the psu
