The Kakarot DLC gives you God form for Vegeta and Goku, a new attack each, more combo strings, and early access to the transformations from the later game for the two (SSJ1, 2, 3, Kaioken and God) It's pretty good :)
Also the KAK Dlc is alright, it's good for if you want to max out your characters but besides that, there isn't THAT much content, except fighting Whis/Beerus and 2 side stories
Just some other ideas I’d really like to see for future awakenings: - Great Ape Transformation - Tri-Form/Multi-Form Technique - Other Frieza Forms - Full Power Transformation - Possibly a jeneba-esque transformation for the Majins? I’d ask for maybe 1 or 2 new races but I don’t think they’ll be doing that anytime soon
I dunno why, but your small edits make me laugh the most. Like the small little voice lines or something like that. Or your jokes you've carried on for awhile. Dunno why, but those make me laugh like a madman. Almost made me spit my drink out with one of them since they where so unexpected
REFLUX, The DBZ Kakarot DLC is really good IF you wanna level up your characters to 250 in like, one sitting. Beerus is fucking hard towards the end, I recommend using your ki burst to escape his Spheres of Destruction or use Goku/Vegeta's God Ki super attacks. The story is... okay, but I think it's worth it because of how easy you can level up and the cutscenes are nice.

I played a tiny bit today and it's just not fun to me anymore with all the broken crap, god awful netcode, and cheesy super souls (especially the glitched instant stamina refill ones as well as a lot of the newer ones). I'm psyched for sparking zero though. It'll be my first type of those DB games ever played besides like 15 minutes or so of one of them on the GameCube so long ago but I don't remember the name. It looks so good and I hope the devs go all in on it. Still feeling the impact of the loss of Mr. Toriyama. I really hope they add some kind of really nice memorial dedication to him in sparing zero. They could even make Tori Bot a playable character or something. I heard his son is taking over for him. Hope he makes his dad proud!
If you haven't already gotten the season pass for Kakarot, and are on the fence about the DLC, then I'd wait until further episodes are revealed to fully sway you to one side. So far, only the first 1/3 of it is available, and you can't buy them separately as far as I know. The first dlc is basically just a training area with a couple of cool cutscenes and some side quests. There's also a challenging boss fight at the end of the training, where you go up against a max level Beerus.
That last fight against the Gogeta was excellent Then you had to make it even better by adding that Battle theme from Budokai 1 *Perfection* Thanks for the content.
Roll meh I don’t like it now but a while back I did. In my opinion the only “fun” part of the game to me was the buu saga and towards the ending of the cell saga
reflux i bought the dlc and it was at that moment i realised u should really buy it when u are a low lvl bc it gives a good lvl boost plus forms but i already had them so all i got was lvls and a certain form but it is pretty good anyway
Hey reflux i think i figure out why the music played in certain cutscenes in Kakarot. the video volume probably meant the cutscenes that had legit animation like the ginyu interduction. so maybe try turining that off to see if it fixes that issue.
If you do end up buying the dlc then the rest of the base game should become a cakewalk just saying There's special training areas that allow you to unlock transformations early and level up pretty damn quick. And i mean REALLY quick
The kakarot dlc is quite weird i guess SPOILER basically you could be able to get ssjg from any point in the story like, for being able to get god you need to do a series of missions with whis and each mission unlock a tranformation like, you could be, tecnically, able to get ssj3 (for goku) or ssj2 (for vegeta) before the cell saga even begins, i don't konw if you actually can since the mission ramp up in difficulty pretty quickly it's all a bit weird
