You may assume but you never know for sure what they have for you so there is always an element of surprise in this kind of shopping for flowers

Like Michael, I was raised in the south (USA) & have eaten and loved grits all my life. Basically it is dried corn that has been ground up, cooked in boiling water with salt and butter. DELICIOUS!
It is corn treated with lime. The corn remains preserved for a longer time. Same stuff of tortillas (masa harina). It is indigenous american not southern at all.
