The "sack" will either relax to extend away from the body on a hot day or shrink toward the warmth of the body on a cold day to maintain optimal temperature. Not too sure why exactly the system operates like that. I think it has something to do with motility/ maturation process 🤷♂️

I don’t pee in the shower every time Sam. Probably like 20% I do. I do most of the other things though, not the peeing in the sink though! The balls are outside the body to regulate temperature because the sperm needs to be kept like 1 degree cooler.
