For becoming No. 1 player in the world, Sinner will have to make it first in a Slam Final at 22/23 years of age next year. You realize he's already 2 years older than Alcaraz?

At the end of this beautiful highlights, the best way to finish is watching Sinner and Djokovic smiling and joking together, like two good friends. Greetings from Rome Italy
He's gotten so much better recently. I hope he can stay in this form heading into 2024 while still improving (volleys, touch, etc). If he keeps this up, win or lose, it'll be interesting to see the 🔥 matches between the top 4. I'm just worried he might pull a FAA and finish the season with a bang and have a horrible following season....
He defeated the three strongest players on tour this year several times, and he himself won and placed high in every tournament. He is the undisputed top player. Depending on Novak next year, he could be in line for even more glory.
After Wimbledon, Sinner really stepped it up and deserves to be in the Top 5. He won his first Masters in Canada, reached the final of the ATP Finals and won the Davis Cup while beating Djokovic twice in November in Singles. He’s much tougher mentally now and the health & fitness issues behind him. Sinner will win a Grand Slam in 2024. It should be an epic semifinals against Djokovic at AO 2024.
If we think that Sinner has started seriously training his muscles this last year, he couldn't before because he hadn't finished his physical development yet.
Yes i think that’s under appreciated. It’s what I was thinking about this skinny late bloomer who seemed to walk on the balls of his feet. He needed to grow some muscle it has happened and will continue I believe. 🙏for his continued vigor!
Sinner's coach said that Jannik finished his growth right now and is time to work definitely on his body. Best of Jannik is yet to come, i think he will win one Slam in 2024, maybe AO. Love this guy and his incredible shots

@@lespaul5734 If he beat djokovic, then let it be! At least, 36-year-old djokovic beat 22-year-old sinner in ATP finals. Come on! Djokovic lost to sinner cuz he was tired after winning ATP finals. @@lespaul5734 Of course, i've got to cuz djokovic doesn't have many time for his tennis career, but still can become world no. 1. Come on, man! Do not downgrade djokovic!
Great season. Especially from Wimbledon to ATP finals. But let s not overhype him. He must be consistent at slams, and BO5 is entirely different universe than BO3
Even in slams last year again still as an up and coming player it was mostly just 5 set losses deep into the draw, showing that just a few shots go differently then you have a whole different outcome. Plus now with the confidence of beating djokovic , beating medvedev 3 times, he will definitely be a force to be reckoned with next year
But djokovic robbed ATP finals title from sinner while sinner robbed davis cup, so djokovic is still better than sinner cuz djokovic won ATP finals that gives the max of 1,500 points while sinner is still fresh compared to djokovic who unluckily lost to sinner cuz he'd used up all of his energy after he won ATP finals 2023. That's why sinner won davis cup, but it isn't important for me cuz it grants no point
I imagine that the video does not show Sinner's triumph together with his Italian team in the Davis Cup because TennisTV does not have the rights. In any case, for those few who don't know, Sinner won every match he played, both in singles and doubles, especially in the semi-final against Serbia, beating Djokovic again in both singles and doubles.
You realize Sinner is already 2 years older than Alcaraz, never even made it to GS Final and only won 1 Masters title so far? Alcaraz already won 4 Masters titles, 2 GS titles, one by beating the GOAT in an epic Wimbledon final?
@@mireafelder8194 Hey Epic Wimbledon final….2 years gap is not really a big deal, Nole started to be a real crack when he was 24. What really matters is the consistency of your wins, you can start winning 2 or 3 majors per year for 10 years starting when you’re 25 up to 35 and you have basically caught up with Djokovic. As well as you can win 2 slams when you’re 20 and lose your way from 21 forth and winning nothing. It happened in the past. Time will say, but that wasn’t my point.
