I'm getting Blossom Tales II: The Minotaur Prince. I loved the first game and have been meaning to play the second one for ages. Thanks for the reminder!
Little Kitty Big City just went on sale for 35% off (lowest price ever) only went on sale right when this video went up but wanted to bring attention to it, on sale until Feb 10.
One of my birthday presents last week was a £15 switch wallet card. I've told myself I can't spend it until I've cleared a couple of backlog games. I doubt that will be the case! 😂
Nothing for me from this list, but I bought the Sherlock Holmes bundle based on your previous recommendations and am enjoying it very much so far. The first murder is set around 5 miles from my house!
Thanks for all the sale info! Tales of Vesperia is an action jrpg, not a turn based one. I don’t think any of the main line Tales of games are turn based.
Astlibra is... Hard to put into words. But it really is fantastic. I don't think I know what I'm doing, what exactly is happening in the plot, and I refuse to turn the difficulty down. All of that, plus the gameplay and music just continue to impress. I'm not finished with it, though. Like 30 hours in
I got moonlighter after watching your last sales vid and omg it’s giving me those feels from when I was a kid and couldn’t wait to be able to play the game again. Just like you said
Some other current sales (at least in Canada) I picked up that are on until February were Blasphemous for $8 and Dredge for $18. I really need these sales to go away for a few months to give me time to get through this backlog!
There's 2 games that I would love to get from Nintendo Eshop sales: Death End Re:Quest and Laika Aged Through Blood defienitily Laika looks interesting metroidvania game, but you drive on a motorbike whole the time and that game's art style looks so beautiful I need to try Laika! 😮❤
WHen I added Decarnation to my Wishlist, it said the sale had only 11hrs to go, so I bought it. Macabre, great soundtrack, and cool art style. Yes, please!
Astlibra was my biggest surprise of 2024, I really loved it and the ending of Gaiden (and thus the duology) was the most satisfying I've seen in years.
Glad to be back watching these sales video. Been super sick the past few weeks. Now to celebrate I’m going to purchase some of these games. Do I need them…. Nah. But it’s just a Sunday habit at this point 😂
I've been seeing clips of that sponsored game on X and Bsky. Steamy stuff there Switchup🤣🔥 Might've even considered it if that game was on switch. Maybe it'll get a switch 2 version later on
Nothing for me, but still commenting for channel visibility. Looking forward to the next All Patched Up and am hoping for deep dive reviews of Ravenswatch. Tale of Bistun and Achilles: Legends Untold especially performance in handheld for all three. Cheers SwitchUp 😊
@SwitchUpYt All good Mark, I'm happy to wait even as long as the eventual Xenoblade 3 SwitchUp review as I can't afford them right now anyway. You're busy with everything going on with the Switch 2 announcement pushing everything back so as to cover it. Take your time, I'm not going anywhere and neither are your OG fans who just enjoy the content. Have a good one mate 👍 👌
Thanks. Added a few to the wish list. Some are almost there. I just can’t see spending more than 10 on a game currently (because of the current size of the backlog). But when some of these incredible games get down to 7.99, 6.99, I am just awestruck and I click click click click click, and INTO THE BACKLOG it goes. Thanks for the important role you play in this Sisyphus task that is gaming.
So, which love interest have we all got caring for us during our periods in Love And Deepspace?? I'm leaning towards Summer Blaze Jeffney, what about the rest of us??
Picked up Children of Morta complete edition yesterday after trying the demo. It was on my radar but the sale was the kick in the butt I needed to make a decision! Very cool vibes to that one.
The Fast run up at the end is going to take a few weeks for me to get used to it, be keep it going, I wouldn't want to be forgetting games that I need to add to the backlog
Usually during the big holidays, and not by a big margin... Better off buying a used physical copy, i got my xeno3 and totk 35% off buying used copies!!... problems with physical copies is you have to have a traveling case
I recently found this channel, and I've got to say, this is some super informative stuff! Keep up the quality work! I've got a suggestion, feel free to take it or leave it. Could you guys put the target frame rate and resolution of the games you are discussing on screen? I feel like this would be valuable info for those of us watching! Sending love from across the pond, take care! ❤
I have such a love/hate relationship with this channel. I love the content and all the amazing experiences you guys have provided with recommendations. But seriously my wallet hates you guys! Lol thank for all you guys do! Truly.
I’m gonna push Blossom tales II, not just because it’s a great adventure game but also because I want the to do another. If you liked Zelda: a link to the past, then this is almost identical to
Ive been holding off on buying more Switch games until they confirmed backwards compatibility. I think I'll be picking up Deedlit in whatever land this week.
Added a couple to the list. Listened to this on the elliptical, thanks for making me want a fat piece of stuffed crust when I’m working to keep the pounds off! 😂
will probably end up adding Cat Quest 3 this week, but I noticed that My Time at Sandrock is on sale as well. Loved the first game in the series, but I remember the review saying it didn't run well on switch. Was that ever patched? I don't recall seeing it on an all patched up update.
The Astlibra games are both great, but Gaiden was more enjoyable with the roguelike elements. Record of Lodoss War was great too, which I originally played on Game Pass & I would buy it if I can scrap together the cash before the sale ends. Tales of Vesperia is great & I got that physical on release & played the original 360 version back in the day.
Deedlit is a FANTASTIC game. I picked up physically too a while ago, it hooked me from start to finish when I played it. At this price you’d be insane not to get it.
So, is asking for a game a sensible wedding anniversary gift? 😂 As Mark mentioned, having the excessive backlog isn’t such a drama now we have the Switch 2 compatibility.
I missed the last sale for METRO bundle and DOOM series, their original prices are damn expensive its been over a month since its last sale, do you think theyre going on sale before february or this february?
What’re ya buying this week?? Mark. Thanks to Love and Deepspace for supporting the channel, download and play today! bit.ly/LaD_SwitchUp
Ever so slight correction but Tales of Vesperia isn't a turn based game ❤
AHH screw it. Paying rent isn't that important right?
With the switch you don't need a house!
@@luisaugustomoreiramartinez1314 I'm with you dude but my wife says apparently "The kids need somewhere to live" 🙄😂
😂😂😂
Stiff your landlord!
lol😂
After seeing the rumors be confirmed that the Switch 2 will be backward compatible, I literally heard my backlog crying tears of joy.
Hahahahah
I've come up with a new rule for me to follow, I have to finish two games before I can buy one new game.
Good luck
@travicy thank you.
You know it's a Sunday when the SwitchUp sales video drops! It's become part of my routine to help banish the Sunday scaries.
This is the way! Mark
Lego Star Wars is amazing value at this price. Don’t hesitate!
I'm getting Blossom Tales II: The Minotaur Prince. I loved the first game and have been meaning to play the second one for ages. Thanks for the reminder!
Nothing like the calming voices of Switch up on a Sunday to tell us about some Barjans! I love it!
Cheers mate! Mark
@@kobuseksteen411 I'd say Monday morning in this timezone but I'm feeling the same. 👍

I had a good time with that one. I did feel it ended a little abruptly but I guess that reflects the nonchalant nature of a cat. Mark
Wow, you weren’t lying about the music in Laika. It really is quite delightful!
It’s amazing! Mark

!!! It’s been so long since I played it my brains conflated trails/tales and Daybreak I think! Cheers. Mark

Excellent mate! Love to hear it! Mark
Laika aged through blood looks amazing better grab it during this “launch sale” before they pull the game again! Good deal!
Definitely it scored 90% from us. Mark
Some other current sales (at least in Canada) I picked up that are on until February were Blasphemous for $8 and Dredge for $18. I really need these sales to go away for a few months to give me time to get through this backlog!
😂 That backlog keeps growing! Mark
Yep... Half way through the video and my back log has grown two games deeper. I'm a sucker for pixel art and metroidvanias.
Thank you for explaining the Laika situation. I've been so confused, because I know I saw reviews for it a year ago
No worries!❤
Haven’t heard of Decarnation, but when you played the sound it shot straight to the front of my purchase queue
Hey! Missed some videos this week, but I’m catching up 😊 couldn’t miss the sales appointment though! And Decarnation looks incredible 🤩
Very cool game mate, hope all is well? Mark
@ all is well, thank you 😊

Yeah I caved and bought Laika. Only Switchup can make me preorder games!
I love when you find us hidden gems! I can't wait to try Decarnation -- legit looks good and the right kind of surreal!
Yeah it’s very cool. Mark
Flipping awesome! And flipping broke 😂😂
I used points and needed £6.66 credit to get Decarnation.....
Must be a sign.

Bought both ASTLIBRA games…I don’t need food this week anyway 😅
The WRC is back this weekend, making me hope WRC9 runs better on the Switch 2!
Honestly, haven't played my Switch so much. Maybe once Switch 2 releases, I will finally kill the monster that is called my Backlog 😂
😂❤

Awesome selection of games on sale, thanks for being our guides in the obscurity of the eshop
You should add swedish fastfood "Tunnbrödrulle" in your savaloy section. Mash, Flatbread, Sausage, Shrimpsallad. It's top notch.
I bought a switch for Xmas and my backlog is crazy already
Thank God the Switch 2 is backwards compatible so I can play my backlog there 😅
Hopefully backwards compatible until Switch 20.
I have been very good not buying games this month, but one of the savaloys wouldn't hurt right, right?
Sunday night! I’m making this weeks butties for work! Tuna sweetcorn mayo and egg mayo! Let’s do this
I get laughed at at work for doing this, thank god I'm not the only one 🙃
I've been seeing clips of that sponsored game on X and Bsky. Steamy stuff there Switchup🤣🔥 Might've even considered it if that game was on switch. Maybe it'll get a switch 2 version later on
That "ring won't fit" gave me a good laugh 😂
Shmups with a pal and stuffed crust pizza, perfect evening.
Yeah it was very cool. Ended up playing Disc Room a bunch that’s a great one. Mark
I can't wait for the day my son turns 18 and he inherits my gamer debt 😭

Loving the recap! It's giving me Sunday Match of The Day 2 vibes 👍

Switch 2 - I have become nervous about the price, with some folk suggesting it will be more than a PS5 - eek!
Laika Gold looks like a winner!
Zelda Bread (TM): Tastes like adventure! I bet it makes the BEST toast as well 🍞. If I saw it in Tesco I’d be all over it haha
😂😂❤
Will my Labo VR headset be compatible with Switch 2?
I tried it with a Steamdeck, but it fell out :[
Astlibra was simply so good it brought back my interest in retro side scroll games like it.
It's true, buying myself several more games for the backlog does help me feel slightly better for shelling out an unknown amount for the Switch 2😅
When will dark souls go on sale

Enjoyed the recap section. I mean, not that I didn’t watch it the first time around, but I still enjoyed it.
Astlibra Revision is so good! A lot of early Falcom vibe 😁
Also a side note, I didnt know Tardy game even though its not mentioned but shown, its good to know about this!
03:05 didn't know there was a sequel. i played the first game years ago. definitely buying this game.
Pure hidden gems, Decarnation is a wild ride
saving up for switch 2
Wartales looks fun. Imma add it into my wishlist.

Every week is a huge eshop sale.
Hugest of all the huge huge sales b
Does anyone know when will AAA games such Xenoblade 3, ToTK, etc will get discount?

always look forward to learning about new barjans :💰
‘Composed by Akira Yamaoka’ = instant buy!
hearing the info on astlibra makes me wanna get it. and a lot more good games on sale.
soundtrack of decarnation already gets me.
Adding Astlibra to my library. Looks great.
Being a big fan of old school Zelda games I really like the look of blossom tales, may have to order some "barsean" pizza this week😂
Sherlock Holmes collection is on sale for like $12 with all DLC too. Too bad i just lost my job, so I won't be doing any sales this time.
Just Shapes & Beats is also on sale - Soundtrack bumps -
Costco hotdogs are legit. All beef! Now I'm hungry, too.

Decarnation looks 🔥
Plus it will be nice to have a jumpscare from something other than my backlog/bank account
8:31 Tales of Vesperia is decent (not turn-based though😉)
You missed a blinder this time chaps. The Cat Quest Trilogy has 40% off making it only £20.39 right now.
Great video! I just grabbed Astlibra.
I love cozy games!! They’re my main jam!😊❤😅❤
Edit: And I have recent birthday money burning a hole in my pocket!❤😅
WarTales is so so good, never thought I'd cry in a game like this but I teared up when my swordswoman was killed
Is it fixed on Switch? I heard it was still filled with bugs and crashes as of a few months ago.
@@alienanxiety I haven't personally ran into any issues so idk...

Who doesn't love a BLUUUERRYYY game?
Just beat Lego City Undercover. Sounds like a great time to pick up Skywalker Saga now
Kinda wish they would put the Ninja Gaiden Collection on sale with all the hype..
Blossom Tales = ❤❤❤
How was your stuffed crust pizza? What topping did you go for? 😜 I'm more invested in this and your shmup night with Glen than the sales 😂
