Great house! Looks like you only attached one room to the courtyard. Did you experience the bug as well with the courtyard where you can only attach one room?

Temple of the Roots Tree, reward given after completing the The Gardener's New Oneness quest. You need to finish the temple of the roots and the vault of the roots first before Einar gives you the quest.
After completing the Vault of the Roots Bundle, you will be rewarded with the Ancient Galdur Statue. It will give you a Flow Tree Seed randomly, which you can plant in your plot. You also need to finish the Temple of the Roots first.

Einar's Adornment. It's a reward for completing the Pebbled Plunder achievement. It was bugged before but was fixed last patch.

It’s from an achievement, Pebbled Plunder. Giving Einar different pebbles. You can check it from the achievements tab.
