Parents shouldn't decide like that. This is your life and how you're gonna live for the rest of your living years. You should work towards what makes you happy. Being a doctor is not easy, yes one may think they can do it with some encouragement and motivation but will you always wanna keep driving when deep down u know this is not what u wanted? Ur mom should still be proud of whatever decision u make. She ain't gonna live ur life or guide/direct u forever. Everyone has their path and yours is the one u make for urself. At least when it gets hard and u feel like ur falling of track, u'd know that this is the life u picked for urself and prove u can make ur dream a reality. Not wanting to make a parent disappointed will leave u disappointed with a lot of troubles in the future. If u think u can do it, atb. majboot raho!

I dont understand what good is late night study if you sleep at 5? Could have slept at night and work in morning. When I do late night study shifts, it goes on sleepless for 2 days. Or did you take power nap at 5 am?
