    Excellent satire. Almost as good as the one on Tony LaRussa!

    "I can't believe you just brought up Noah's Ark...That sounds like something Michelle Bachman would say."
    God, this is hysterical. It ranks with the "Hitler Rides a Honda" video.

    @durchtanzen You may be on to something. I also don't think those subtitles are an exact translation.

    @gotch09 You say a 24 hour day is strictly man made? huh? What the hell are you talking about? The amount of time between sunrises has always been 24 hours. The length of a day has remained constant throughout the centuries.

    Texas, Berlin, close enough

    Just like there's a Berlin Heights, Ohio, but it's a rural town, and I doubt it would show up that big on any map.

    Okay I don't want to be rude but I read this a while back somewhere, there was a specific word for day in Hebrew and yotma or something and that was the literal wording in the original text, so most people conclude it is a standard 24 hour day. If it wasn't it does not make sense because god does not need that much time to make the earth if he is all powerful. and even if it did represent thousands or millions it would still not accumulate to how old the earth really is

    I guess if you lived in Old Testament time, and agreed to be under that law. :)

    I understand what you're say. And we all have our own opinions. I have respect for what you think. Just because you think different than me,doesn't make either of us wrong. I guess what I'm trying to say is-I'm not sure how old the earth is. God can have any sort of "time" he wants to have,because he's God.Somewhere in the Bible it says that a 1000 yrs is like a day or something to Him, doesn't it?

  • @gotch09
    @gotch09 13 ปีที่แล้ว

    BTW, I don't want to start a big argument here, but when Genesis says God created the earth in 6 days, I don't think it meant literally a 24 hour day. A 24 hour day that is something that's strictly man made. So, to me "a day" in Genesis could mean a thousand or a million years. That's my idea anyway.

    @gotch09 u need more faith to believe in evolution than in God....young earth ....10-13 k years...not millions...or billiions...next it will b trillions...6 literal days is the truth...
