If I had to give my own opinion, you are correct to exclude the 2015 Spano from completion, because of its extremely unusual acquisition requirement.
Until they provide an alternative means of obtaining the 2015 Spano, that is... which is quite unlikely considering we are dealing with GameLoft and Vivendi.

Hector, according to the wiki the Ariel Atom V8 requires 68 V8 engines which is crazy for a class D car, is it a good choice to keep my Mazda RX-8 and use those engines that I will get from it’s event on the Arrinera Hussayra GT that I won from its blueprint cup about a week ago:D(so it is the closest car I will get to the Vulcan)or win the Ariel and use those engines on it? It depends if it will be a new D class king, I also wish I could have every car like you, but hey I’m only about 90 cars close to you xD(I only have 113 cars)

Then you need to search rank 1770. Then you see a GTA Spano. For 13,500 tokens, it's nothing compared to 77,873 tokens.
