How do you size the frame to fit a particular price of work you want to fit in it?

Make sure the inner most box is the same size of your artwork. In this video, the inner most box is size 8x8cm @0:17

What paper did you use

in this video, around 200gsm cardstock paper.

May I know ? What is the GSM/thickness of the paper ?

around 250gsm, I would suggest using thicker paper you can go up to 300gsm
