A little correction regarding the description given in the video by the uploader. This IS NOT the Manipuri Raas Leela. THIS IS "Khamba Thoibi" folk dance, one of the dance form of Lai Haraoba. It's associated with Indigenous religion of the Meiteis (Manipuris) NOT with any other religions. And it's way older than the famed Manipuri Raas Leela. In fact, the Manipuri Raas Leela (khutheks/dance steps or mudras in Hindi) are curved out from this dance steps in 18th century. Both Khamba Thoibi dance and Manipuri Raas Leela are assets of Manipur, no doubt in that. 😊 Just correcting the description written in this video details as the dance shown is not Manipuri Raas Leela but Khamba Thoibi folk dance form. 😊
