Another Radio pin organization pro tip: if you’re working with a gaffer/rig gaffer that owns astera products, set the radio pin of the lights to the owners birthday (mm/dd) so they can easily remember it without looking for a tag on the light/case.
@@blackoutapp I'm sorry, for a moment I thought to connect aks and art7 with xrl, but it would be the same universe with two different transmitters and not two universes
@@nahuelszeliga4361 out of curiosity, what are you trying to accomplish? Were you thinking you’d send SACN or Artnet to the AKS and broadcast one universe on CRMX and then output a different universe over the mini XLR?

Great tip. I already use it of stage, where I have 4 different Radiopins. Makes the app alot more smooth than having 200 Astera fixtures on the same
Please make a test of new Astera Art-7-WiFi about all the hacks WiFi to artnet to CRMX
dont forget that the astera can also be used as a crmx receiver
Jeff could i use aks as a node, connected with art 7 each in a universe?
I’m confused at how you would connect everything.

1700$ Ratpac AKS vs Astera -- 399$
@H Pixipixel absolutely. Worlds better in terms of transmission output.
It’s like comparing a Sports car to a scooter. 🥸
