What if a brand reached out for a gifted collaboration. The brand ask to send you money to cover cost of product via PayPal or Venmo for you to purchase the product via amazon? I’m not sure if this is normal for gifted collaborations.
This has happened to me a few times, and I've never gone with it because t's not normal. If they wanted to do a gifted collaboration with you, they would just send the product. After questioning these brands they always seem to have an excuse of why they can't just send it. I wouldn't give my Paypal email or venmo out to them. Could be nothing, or could be something, I doubt any product on Amazon is worth finding out. Also I've heard they can file claims through Paypal/venmo for their money back after you've purchased their product. I would wait until better options come along 100%!
What are some ways you try to land gifted brand deals?
Thank you so much for all your videos! I just landed a fully gifted collab with a brand last week, which came to my DM! I'm very excited!

@@ugcwithcamilaa So true!
I didn’t start yet, and basically advertise products that I bought myself and because I love them 😅
Yes! I still do the same!!
@@ugcwithcamilaa That’s great to hear, I wasn’t sure if that’s a good beginner strategy ; )
