I'd send the links but I'm afraid yt will delete my comment so yeah. ok, so a few mistakes I made often were throwing the ball too high and too far or too close when it just needed to be slightly over my head and as far as my arm's length, just enough for my hand to reach it quickly. also, the posture before throwing the ball: now I throw the ball with my left arm and have the right one prepared to just do the movement as soon as the ball reaches the point and hit it. just like when spiking, I use the left one to aim and the right one to hit but before I was doing this too slowly since my arms weren't in the right place soon enough. I've seen other players throw the ball with both hands and serving right but I feel like it's easier if you do it with one hand. as for the movement, it should be focused on your elbow and hip more than your wrist since that's what gives it strength. you have to move your elbow and your hip at the same time and reach for the ball. then you hit it and your hand should be open and a little straightened after the hit (like if you were saying hi to someone far from you or trying to reach for something¿ sorry I really dont know how to describe it) the rest is just practice until you instinctively know how to do it without thinking too much.
