    The convex mirror is used as a side-view mirror on the passenger’s side of a car because it forms an erect and smaller image for the way behind the car. They can be used as street light reflectors because they can spread the light over a bigger area

    Don't memories I have a question in my mind .What exactly happens inside a lense when a light ray passes through it. What if the lense become thick ,why will the focal length get shorter?

    The ray in the convex lens when it meets at a point in the center seems to move straight . Why

      Only curved surfaces bend light..The center point is almost a transparent glass which is not curved in a convex lens

    Mam, I like ur all videos very very much....but here is a wrong..... U said that surface of biconvex lens is curved inward and the surface of by biconcave lens is curved outward.... Mam plz make it correct.

      mirrors have an opaque surface whereas lenses are transparent and allow light rays to pass through. Mirrors reflect the light rays but lenses refract them.

    its wrong!!!Biconvex or convex lenses curve outwards whereas a biconcave or a concave lens curves inwards. you are saying and showing the opposite and it's all wrong ...please check it out now before you spoil the understanding of lenses of more children!!!
