Wonderful, but Dr. Sahib please I'd like to know is it to reduce the belly, to balance the belly button. Or u suggest some other kriya for ballooning belly. Hopefully I'll get ur reply please.
Usually we do 3 rounds of the feet, 3 of the arms, 3 of the head and 3 of all combined. This can also be done 6 rounds or upto 9 maximum at one time. The rule is to go slow and steady and bulid up rather than try too many rounds at the beginning
